I recently ordered a co2 paintball tank from Walmart and saw that they use lasership as a method of delivery. Never even heard of lasership so I look them up. I read all the negative reviews thinking great my package might get lost, beat up or just late. Surprisingly it arrived only a day late without anydamage.

I don’t know why retailers are still using lasership for their deliveries. Terrible company. They don’t deliver your packages but claim they do.

If I could give 0 stars I would give -10. If this is your item carrier, cancel the purchase while you can. I picture 2 teens in a basement somewhere running this 'company'.

I dread seeing laser ship as the carrier whenever I order something, it’s always nerve wracking because who knows if I’ll get my package ??♀️ several times it was delivered to the same house number on a different road. How these people are still in business is beyond me.

Gesh where do I start. This company is absolutely horrible. Laser ship/ontrac. And any company that works with this company is trying to save on cost. My package stated that it was delivered and it was actually and still is in their Woburn location distribution center and one of their employees marked it as delivered to another city. I’ve been texting their no help only there for a paycheck employees multiple times and they have no clue what is going on. No one is trying to figure out anything. They suggest I call the sender and see what they can do. But this dumb company already knows that once it’s marked delivered it’s out of the senders hands. And from the looks of it I don’t see this company lasting if this is the way you handle business. Basically one of the employees didn’t want to do thier job correctly. May as well took the package. Worst than a porch thief.

They suck they don't follow delivery institutions at all I've only ever got one package from this carrier every other one days delivered but it's not there!

Guess what, their driver tossed my package on the side of road 2 towns over. Someone kindly found it and delivered to me themselves. This outfit is a clown show. BEWARE!

Terrible drivers. My driver just drove 5 feet onto my lawn backing down my driveway. There is space at top of driveway for 3 cars plus more than ample room to turn abound. Absolutely NO driving skills. Area is newly sodded and should not be driven on. Now I have to chase them down for damages.

Email of "delivery" yesterday at 5:57pm. Nope, no package and no activity on my cameras either so there was no delivery. Absolute joke, you cannot call them. You're stuck with a text chat which is groundhog day. 48 hour "investigation" for them to look into and of course they cannot provide any photo of the delivery. Of course not! They didn't deliver it!!! I guess an employees spouse or GF is enjoying my purchase.

Showed delivered but no package. Their attitude is as if it is the problem of our side. Well, they didn’t say that, but they didn’t show any responsible response. They are like: “we checked and it showed delivered. So please check the package around neighbors. Bye bye.”They don’t even have the picture showing delivered package. How do they prove that they deliver to the right place? Usually this kind of thing the delivery company will just issue refund but they do not.

My packed arrived today open. Not just damaged but completed ripped open and left on the sidewalk instead of my door. I came down seconds after the delivery alert.

Fortunately I was able to receive my order through the landlord. I live in an apartment building with multiple other buildings housing other apartments. Each have their own mail rooms. My package was left exposed outside of a mail room at the back end of another building. Because my landlord was in the process of posting notices to other buildings, she came across my package and delivered it to me. How do the drivers not know where to place the package and ensure that it properly arrives at its destination?This is a similar experience I've experienced when ordering from Shien. I don't know if they use the same company, but their drivers have done literally the same exact thing. Left a package outside the back of the same building, but this time on the road. Took a picture, and within the hour of checking it was gone. If it isn't UPS, FedEx, and heck even USPS. It seems like companies like LaserShip have no accountability on ensuring the safety of their customer's packages.Now I'm hoping that I am able to receive my next package without issue, but I'm also highly skeptical the driver will do their job right.

absolutely awful experience with them. extremely slow "delivery" only to be told my package is coming day after day, then to suddenly be told they delivered my package 4 days earlier (did not happen at all). contacted the seller who was given a delivery date of 3 days earlier. extremely shady, avoid at all costs. thankfully i was buying from a larger retailer who gave me a refund easily but i would be extremely wary

Packages consistently are delivered to the wrong house, on a completely different road in a completely different town. The road isn't even named the same.We've notified LaserShip through their feedback forms and reported issues with the deliveries without resolution.

I'm shopping online and the seller's choice of final carrier is ontrac. This company has now merged with Laser.I've had three experiences:the first time it says delivered, but I don't receive it, make a complaint through their website, and get the package delivered the next day.The second time, it showed that it had been delivered at 8:09 p.m., but I still hadn’t received it. I still gave feedback through the website, and they automatically replied that they would investigate. If there is no solution after 2 days, let me contact the seller. On the third day I contacted the seller for a refund.On September 6th, the third time, the website was updated: The delivery of your package was attempted but could not be completed due to a lack of an access code. Please fill out the form below and share the needed access details to avoid a return .But my delivery address is my work address, and there is no need for any code,I made a feedback, still waiting for their reply. If it still can't be solved, I will contact the seller for a refund and will not shop with the seller again.
