Staff and service excellent. Purchased my car from there 8 years ago. Go back there for my service. Just purchased my new vehicle there in 2022 and still happy with this dealership. Had to go there February 8, 2024 for a repair. It was done quickly and efficiently.
Always have a good experience at the dealership. Very happy with the service I receive.

I would just like to express GREAT JOB to salesman Kyle O’Donnell of Nucar Chevrolet in Woburn
My sister was shopping for a used Chevy equinox and we had gone to several dealers only to find vehicles that were being shown to us out of my sister‘s price range
Or a vehicle that we weren’t actually looking for
When we arrived at Nucar in Woburn
I was greeted by Kyle in a very friendly manner allowed us to look around. Take a test drive. Explain the vehicle show us other options in that price range.
After only a few days, we agreed to buy a 2020 Chevy equinox certified used vehicle from them
The experience from start to finish was nothing less than five star
I wish other dealerships would model the business attitude of Nucar in Woburn
The only reason we came back a second time was because of Kyle and his professional/friendly attitude

What a nice experience at a car dealership. I have purchased many cars and it honestly the process gives me anxiety. I knew what car I was looking at and interested in. I walked in to the dealership and the salesman I was supposed to meet wasn’t there to my surprise. Kyle introduced himself to my family and was so nice. He heard what I wanted and we needed to be out in 2 hours start to finish. We went for a test drive I asked some questions and he was able to figure them all out. With no pressure We left with the car we wanted and an amazing car buying experience thanks to Kyle. Highly recommend. Also the finance guy I can’t remember his name was amazing!!

I recently purchased a Blazer RS EV from Nucar and had an amazing experience.
I dealt with Nick in sales and from beginning to end Nick was great and the entire staff was very easy to work with.
I have purchased a lot of new vehicles over the years and I would put my experience with Nucar Chevrolet on top of the list with only one other dealer I've purchased from.
If you are in the market for a Chevy product, definitely give Nucar the opportunity to earn your business.

I've brought my Equinox to Nucar for service multiple times, and I won't go anywhere else. The service department consistently goes above and beyond to assist. This time, Donnie stepped in to replace a tire quickly before our out-of-state road trip. He efficiently coordinated everything to ensure it was done within our tight timeframe. Throughout the entire process, Donnie was respectful, professional, and dedicated to providing excellent service. Nucar is truly a place I trust and rely on.
