I was at this place that I took all the measurements. I scanned my body and took photos. And they promised me beautiful prosthetics where we would feel comfortable in the place of my mastectomy. And to this day I have not received anything. They do not answer my calls. And they do not respond to my messages and they do not allow me to go there. They receive payment from the insurance company but do not send you your prosthesis. They are liars and disrespectful to our women who have already suffered too much.

To the people who have left reviews saying "they don't answer the door" or "they made me wait around forever"... right on their website it lists the hours and says "by appointment." You have to make an appointment to go here. It's not a store you browse through. The ladies there are so crazy busy, and they are individually helping us ladies. Mastectomies are soul-crushing, and all of us deserve individualized, private support. OK, that being said... Barbara at Lady Grace is amazing. She has been incredibly helpful to me in the year that I've been going there. There's been a little snafu in my claims, but it's because I live in NH and the store is in MA, and how it was being filed. Other than that, they have made me comfortable again, they have made me happy again, finding the right post-mastectomy bras for me. So call, leave a message, they'll call you back and make an appointment, and you'll be very happy afterwards.

I was incredibly impressed with Lady Grace. What I didn't realize was that after a lumpectomy, chemo, and radiation to one breast, over the years shrinkage to that one side is inevitable. It was getting increasingly more difficult to be fitted with the perfect with the perfect bra until I found Lady Grace.
I met with Hillary who not only fitted me meticulously, or showed me an incredible variety of styles colors, and even the perfect prosthetics, but was so warm, compassionate, adept at her job, and had a fun sense of humor.
Woburn is quite a trip for me as I live closer to Rhode Island, but well worth it. Now the girls are quite happy and look more even under a shirt or blouse. I only wished I had found them years sooner, and highly, HIGHLY recommend.

Love Lady Grace. The ladies that helped me were fantastic. I had bi-lateral mastectomy and needed prosthetics and bras. So comfortable. I'm so happy. A little hard to get an appointment because they are busy but leave a message they will return a call. Love these ladies

originally I was happy! Someone was coming to fit me. I am disabled and they were coming to size me for bras and prosthetic. She was friendly enough buttt, she did not fit me right. When the order came my bras were to tight around me and the prosthetic was to big for the bras. I called That was the last time I heard from her from her dispute my emails and calls to her.This has been several months now. NOTHING has been sent to me! I want my three new bras and my prosthetic , sent back to me or I will be contacting my insurance co. And your area DSM. I have been to long . I have my tracking numbers showing that you got them back. but you have done nothing on your end.Evelyn B.

Outstanding care. I had breast cancer in 2019 and have been coming every year since. Roseann is the most patient, kind, understanding and knowledgeable professional I could ask for. Despite moving, I will travel to Woburn because of the service and kindness Roseann renders. This year, she explained the Medicare benefit for bras and patiently guided my doctor to write the RX correctly!!!!!! I will never go anywhere else. And she keeps great records of what I have and like so brings everything into the dressing room as soon as I arrive. Grazie Mille!!!!

Post breast cancer and have waited several weeks for promised services. 4 phone messages and 7 emails later and not a single response. Finally tried one last time last week and Hilary promised to check her spam folder and respond with the promised photos of possible bras and still nothing.I would not waste my precious days on this place. It should not be so hard to navigate post cancer to get underwear. Ridiculous.

I went shopping for a specific item and when I got there I needed an appt. Turns out they sell undergarments for post surgery only. They should state that on their website. Waste of my time and gas
