A week ago we went to this store.The store has a fairly good collection.we found the home decor section very nice and we picked up a few things and when we to the cashier which is very close to the entrance door, we met the most grumpiest old white lady , tall wearing black framed glasses who clearly didn't want to work and tried to mislead us saying, oh no thats the way you should come.and to our surprise there's no queue, not a single person and boom she disappeared and quickly went to the returns section and stood .It clearly showed that she didn't really want to work.I think such old ladies( she might be around 80+) shouldn't be hired.
Had a pleasant experience with the next counter cashier though.

I was able to find everything I wanted at the Woburn Kohl’s store. The store was very well lit, neat, clean, and organized. The prices were easy to read. The cashier who waited on me, was very friendly and helpful.
