Absolutely useless. Ordered 3 weeks ago. They called me to tell me they were delivering 2 weeks after the order. 1 hour later, called and said they couldn’t deliver because they didn’t Have the product yet. That’s fine. Then the next day said they would deliver on a Wednesday, via a voicemail that said as long as there are no issues then we will deliver. Hour later, a call with no voicemail, call back and they say well if you don’t confirm within a certain time we cancel. Well what’s the point of the call that says if you have no issues we will deliver it. So I reschedule, pay in full. They call the day before to confirm, it’s confirmed. Never delivered. Do not buy anything from this company

I hate to do a review like that, but i had the worst customer service ever!
My deliver was supposed to be on Monday, but they had to postpond to Wednesday because of the snow. I was more than OK with that.
On Wednesday, the driver gost lost and went to the wrong address but no one never called me or anyone to say it. I didn't even know until my contractor call looking for the deliver. When I call them, the only answer I could get from Ken (the manager) was: There is nothing that I can do.
AND THIS WAS MY FISRT ORDER WITH THEM.

Decent wait for picking up an order that was called in. Lack of supply of material, not neccesarily on their end, part of order could not be filled.
