Extremely rude, no timelines given. Ordered kids uniform 3 1/2 weeks ago when I called asking when it would be ready they said two weeks additional to the 3 1/2 weeks. Their response we can cancel the order if you would like.

Woburn store is the worst store ever. Very bad customer service full of attitudes. U call to talk to customer service no answer. U left a message for them no called back to find out your problems. U go there they look u as if u are nothing and talk to you very bad. They should close the store or fired all of them and hiring new people with good customer service to work in the store. Please please listen to our complaint and do something about it. Thank you.

Update: I brought the incorrect item to the store. They fixed the problem right on site, and were very professional and apologetic.

I wish I could buy my girl's uniform somewhere else, this place is terrible, I've been trying to reach out to them for 3 weeks but their phone system won't transfer to a live person, it's insane. I bought my girl's uniform online and I haven't received it yet, it's been 4 weeks already and they don't reply to my e-mails either.

Placed an order of $155.00 the money was taken out of my account and I have not received the uniform. Call but mail box full and emailed and still no response.

The worst customer service. I don't get it why is there just one shop to buy uniforms For most of the schools in MA. Big lines, long wait even just to make an exchange. This monopoly should end and they should have some competing stores so as customer service improves.

Worst customer service! I placed an order at the W. Roxbury location beginning of July and decided to check the status of my order mid August. I placed several calls (no answer), emailed a few times (no reply), so I decided to visit the store with my receipt in Woburn. The manager handed me un-embroidered uniform tops to take to the W. Roxbury location to have embroidered. I went to the other location and asked to speak to a manager or get an email, and I got a very rude unprofessional gentleman tell me to email the same email that I never got an answer from. Very unprofessional, and they didn't even apologize for not giving me an update on my order OR the fact that I had to transport the shirts to have them embroidered myself.
