“I originally tried to shop at the North Billerica store, but they were not open at 10:15am, despite the posted hours of 10-6.
This was actually a blessing in disguise, as I went to the Pinehurst location instead, and it was a great experience!
I was assisted by a very knowledgeable, very helpful young man named Luiz. He was personable, exhibited excellent customer service skills, and worked with me to make sure I got what I was looking for, and that I was satisfied with my purchase.
I will not be returning to the North Billerica location ever again. My home store is now the Pinehurst store, where I know I will be treated with respect, have all my questions answered, and feel like I am welcome. I've already started telling my friends and family members what a fantastic experience this was. Luiz is definitely an asset to your team! “Today was honestly one of the worst days I’ve had in a long time.
I came in planning to port my number to T-Mobile. The process was extremely rough, frustrating, and in the end, unsuccessful — entirely due to issues left behind by AT&T, not this store.
What made the difference was the people here.
From the moment the staff understood what I was dealing with, they didn’t rush me, dismiss me, or tell me “it’s not our problem.” Instead, they were patient, professional, and genuinely willing to help. They spent a significant amount of time — nearly an hour — actively trying to troubleshoot and clean up the mess AT&T left behind.
Even though the port ultimately couldn’t be completed, I could clearly see the effort:
They cared
They tried
They treated my problem like it actually mattered
In the end, I had to make the tough decision to abandon my old number and start fresh — and I chose to do that with T-Mobile, because the experience in this store made that choice easy.
Sometimes great service isn’t about magically fixing everything.
It’s about effort, responsibility, and treating people with respect when things go wrong.

Gardy(the store manager) personally assisted me and two other customers at the same time and I was not bothered by it one bit. He showed the same amount of attention to each of us. “Best experience I've had dealing with one of the Internet providers. This was a few months ago but I canceled my service online and went in to drop off my router. There was no line and service was prompt. They scanned the router, looked up my account and offered to have me pay the $7 and change that was outstanding on my account to close me out right then and there. They provided a receipt for dropping off the router, proof of payment and that was the end of it. No lingering fees or cancellation charges and I haven't looked back. Xfinity might stink but this store did not.”

Ronny R helped me out he was super fast and quick and he even knew a lot about apple itself and was able to transfer everything without a backup and walked out with my phone fully functional with all my info.
