This place is awful. Don't come here. Find a new location. Waited 1 hour for an appointment I made in advance. They let a person who came 10 minutes after me jump me in line. Awful customer service. Terrible. DO NOT COME HERE. AWFUL SERVICE

Never again.
Paid 698$ to file with my wife. We each had a w2 and I had a few 1099s. Nothing crazy.
It took 45 minutes and was almost 700$. It would have taken 20 minutes if she could use a keyboard and not henpeck.
Absolute rip off to pay some woman who did an “ok” job of punching numbers into boxes.
Not only that, she grazed over the dependents section and assumed we didn’t I’m have any children and I caught it and corrected her.
We ended up oweing 3,500$ and I’m going to be getting a second opinion
Turbo tax next year from home.

First time actually coming in to have my taxes done for me! My wife and I turned 30 and thought it was high time. The quick 40 or so minutes with Linda was a breeeeeeeeze. Her name plate said she'd been doing taxes since 1997 when I was 4 so I knew I was in safe, experienced hands. She was a lovely and knowledgeable woman.The appt was made for 3, we sat down at 3 and were home around 4ish. Would recommend.

This was my first time using H&R Block in Woburn and I will never use them again! (Or any H&R Block!) The experience was very frustrating and sketchy. I was scammed into an extra charge that I had to get taken off once I noticed it, and the customer service was terrible. Calls and e-mails before my taxes were completed or paid for, went ignored or I was told I would get a call "right back" and was still waiting 10 hours later! It was not cheap, and I do not feel I got the service or treatment I deserved.
