I drove in for an estimate on a bumper repair/replacement. "Sal" examined the vehicle, promised an estimate but warned they could not handle it till "after the holidays." Never heard from them again. Very very disappointed, after seeing great reviews

The friendly amazing staff at George’s Auto Body consistently provide a level of professional service that surpasses 5 stars. Upon completion of their work my car is delivered in meticulous detailed perfect condition inside and out. It’s often mistaken for a BRAND NEW vehicle. Highly recommend!!Services: Painting

If I could give them a ten star I would. Sharon the office manager is a five star in her role of representing the company So very helpful. After doing body work my five year old car was returned to me looking like a new car, inside and out. The inside was really sad when I dropped it off. Quite extraordinary service. Thank you. The staff at George's Auto Body did an AMAZING job fixing my car's dented door!! Sharon at the front desk is so genuinely kind and helpful! She was so professional in handling all the paperwork and extremely patient in answering my many anxious questions. My car was done earlier than I expected and they let me know a few days ahead of time that it was almost done, which was so helpful. When I picked up my car, I was astonished that they had even detailed the whole car so that it looked absolutely brand new, really going above and beyond just fixing the door. My car also needed a jump start when I picked it up and they got it done in about 10 seconds flat! I am so impressed and grateful that they made a stressful process so much easier. THANK YOU!

Many thanks for all the staff and management of George's Auto Body for their wonderful and excellent work for repairing my Toyota Corolla. I was very happy with their repair and the whole experience was very pleasant. I highly recommend them, they go over and beyond what is required for a good job.

A++++ I cannot possibly put into words how amazing this shop is. I had a fairly difficult case on an accident with my BMW and George's fought the insurance companies to make certain I was not responsible for any charges. Sharon- the office manager is absolutely amazing on every level. She's very knowledgeable, kind and understands how frustrating this process can be. When I picked up my car, shocked is a mild word to use. My 2018 car looked brand new. The repairs were impeccably performed and they detailed my entire car. I would never go anywhere else. A 7,000 + job only took 10 days, quite impressive. Thank you to George's for such an amazing experience!

Amazing! I went to George's after being rear-ended only a few weeks after picking up my new Nissan Rogue. Sharon got all my paperwork squared away and dealt with all the insurance company shenanigans for me. Upon a quick inspection of the damage, the first sentence uttered to me was "are you okay? were you hurt? that's what's most important." On a busy day with jobs backed up in the Que, their first instinct was to ask about my well-being. George's Autobody is a "people-first" business. I was sold. I got my car back in less time than anticipated despite their large work-order Que and parts backing up overseas. Wordsmanship was top notch brand new. They even cleaned the car and rolled it out as if on a red carpet. They are proud of their work and take pride in it. I am so very grateful I found George's Autobody in Woburn. You are in good hands, from start to finish.

We reside in Boston, MA and we were looking for a shop outside the city. Based on the existing reviews, I reached out to George's Auto Body and their service was better than I could have expected. The receptionist/front end manager did her best to get us in as early as possible and answered all our questions regarding timing and updates. It took 7-10 days as expected for them to fix our car and they did a great job. It was an added bonus that they detailed it after they completed the repair. Highly recommend! Thank you.

My old car has a handful of problems, and I added a fender bender into the mix. Sharon at the front desk was very friendly and courteous, and Sal was extremely helpful in dealing with my needs. He fixed the pressing safety-oriented problem quickly and effectively, and gave me extremely good advice for handling the other issues. Overall the price was good and the service was great, and I would strongly recommend this auto body shop.Service: Body & Trim

Great service and work product. I brought my car in for some work on the bumper and the team at George's did an excellent job with the repair. In addition to their great work, the team was courteous and professional throughout the process. They delivered the car on-time and in excellent condition. Highly recommended.

This is one of the best places I could have brought my car to after my accident. My charger was looking bad when I had to it towed to George's Auto Body. But in less than a month, they had my car back to me Looking even better than when I first bought it. My claims representative, the Enterprise I rented a car from, and even the Dodge dealership, all had great things to say about this body shop, and they were 100% right.I called weekly to check on my car, sometimes twice. Sharon, who answers the phone, was very patient with me and explained at which step of the process my car was at each time I called. Even when the insurance appraiser tried to low-ball the cost of repairs by putting cheap parts on my car, the great people at George's went above and beyond to make sure the correct parts were being put on my car, instead of cheap ones. 10 out of 10 would recommend this place to anyone who loves their car as much as I love mine.Services: Painting
