The employee is very rude and unresponsive. He works with an assumptions that everyone needs to know everything about his work. Hard to talk to and had to getva response from. Would find another fedex option next time.

Useless location. The employees don't pay any attention about what the customer's request has been. They are busy chatting with each other while customer is still at the counter and in middle of transaction. They mistype and misspell everything including shipping address and from addresses even after providing the address from a printed document, as well the cell phone numbers. Avoid this outlet and take your business some other place where they provide attention to details.

Terrible service, I went to get my daughter's passport and they did everything with a bad attitude. They also took my daughter's passport photo and I tried to make her smile and the man rudely told me not to do it because he was taking the photo so it wouldn't be distracting. . He is super annoying with me and even with my daughter to take her photo. He did everything with a very bad attitude. I do not recommend this place.

Terrible customer service. I was told I could renew my passport there and have my picture taken and fill out the application on their computers. I get there, met with extreme attitude, fill out the documentation on the computer. THEN have to leave to go to the bank to get a check (which no one on the phone mentioned I needed). And when it came to printing the application, I'd have to pay upwards of $20 to print. So now I'm at home printing and about to head back to FedEX for a THIRD time for this passport process. Not to mention the extreme attitude I heard the employees giving customers while I was there filling out documents. Will be encouraging my friends and family to go elsewhere.

Very bad customer service. The staff is more than unfriendly, I wasted my time trying send a package, they just wanted me to spend more in the store. Pay for a proper package, then pay for tape to close the box. I definitely would go to some other place.

I ship at this location almost weekly for work, & they are consistently helpful, friendly, & efficient. They've done a great job packaging items up (no reports of broken/damaged items) & everything gets where we need it to as expected. They've even helped me lookup tracking info after I lost receipt. This is my go-to spot for reliable, stress-free shipping!

I thought I would give this Fedex office another chance after a year, but the employees continue to have bad attitudes even at opening. I walked out and will no longer use this location for my professional needs.

Terrible customer service. Was unable to help in anyway to reroute my package. Was transferred several times with no outcome even after speaking with a supervisor.

Most unhelpful fedex I have EVER been to. A trolley that wouldn’t work and staff who can’t or won’t help customers with their packages. I left in disgust and wine to my local branch where they were only too happy to help with my package from the car to packing. Shaking my head. Your business is packages.
