They recently closed all the customer show rooms. And went to complete order pickup, pretty much telling the little guys that we don't matter. When I'm building trucks there is no time to wait for delivery. Fastenal just showed us they don't care about the little guys. And only cares about money. Another rat company for sure

The workers go above and beyond to make sure u get exactly what u need. exspecaly Robert 10 stars if i could rate that great service every time ive had to come here they are very knolageable in what they do
