perfectly fine pharmacy with solid stock of items and polite and helpful staff. not at all the fault of the staff, but the pharmacy is barely open during non-working hours, makes it really challenging to pick up time-sensitive prescriptions, would recommend asking dr to send your script to a pharmacy with more availability.

This was my go to pharmacy for years when I started going there when my company moved to Woburn. Even though I am a stay at home mom I always drive the extra 10 minutes to come here… well not sure if there is a new manager but they never fill my prescriptions on the auto refill date unless I call. One time I called the woman was super judgy and said “I’ll let the pharmacist know your anxious for your meds” no not anxious I just need them when they are due! Every single time lately it has taken 24-48 hours to fill prescriptions, people need prescriptions for a reason. I’ve never waited longer than 30 minutes at Walgreens for a prescription ever. My sons pediatricians faxed a script in yesterday at 3, took me over an hour to get through to someone because you can no longer call and speak to someone, you have to leave a message and someone will call you back. This was at 10am and was told it would be done at 5 which it still is not and they close at 7 so now we are on to the second day for a script my 2 year old needs. Why do they need 48 hours to fill a prescription? This pharmacy is getting out of hand. When I called the store and said I couldn’t get ahold of pharmacy, she said “we don’t have a magic number for you toDirectly speak to someone in pharmacy” and they won’t pick up

Hi the newest manager Jess is outstanding. She goes above & beyond when helping me & is always nice even when I’m asking numerous questions. There are numerous techs that have been there for years namely Regina, Eric, Tan and newer tech Josh are one great team. I also know I havent met all of team I think most recent was Amounda sp? & also met Pharm Chet . They are a classy group, I have seen them get yelled at even though they can see that theyre all working very hard it gets busy, they constantly work. I think they are all a great team & anyone I didnt meet yet I’m sure is hard working alsoAlso I would like to Thank Kerri out in main store, she has helped me multiple times over the years, very hard & devoted workerThanks to allPaula R

Went to go pick up a prescription (which they didn't even have in their system initially) and then told me in a rude tone to "Come inside because you're holding up the line", despite the fact there wasn't a single car behind me

North Woburn CVS. The Girls name was Angel. ( appropriately) I had a little trouble locating the Medication I was looking for. ( My bad I was in the wrong aisle). She took the time to look it up for Me , found it , and put it in my hand. A very nice gesture. God Bless Her.

Disgusting employees. My elderly mother gets her prescriptions mailed however they never mailed one of her prescriptions. She called and they told her it would they would have to override it so she could pick it up instead but they quote on quote said “they don’t have time for that.” Then when she spoke to the chief pharmacist Jess, Jess told her to “relax, you’re not going to die.” Very inappropriate and disgusting behavior. Seems like an ongoing issue looking at the rest of the reviews.

Three days, multiple confirmations my prescription was ready only to be followed up within hours that it was either out of stock, lost, or just gone. They blamed me, they blamed other stores, treated me like I was stupid, and hung up on me (before I got angry). Incompetent doesn't cut it.

I went there to get my prescription for a infection. I was told by the overweight pharmacist that I be called in 10 minutes waited 30 minutes before I approached pharmacist. My prescription was ready she just didnt call me.I told her I am taking my business elsewhere.

Horrible service: I scheduled a Covid booster shot. Received 5 text messages that all was confirmed. When I showed up, I was told that there were no doses available . And that CBS called me. It didn’t.

Honestly this place is a joke with their hours. And the company itself is just horrible time to find a new pharmacy. Incompetent pharmacists. Last time I was there I was called a liar and threatened due to the pharmacist’s incompetence. But went back today to try again. Have eye issues and my doctor in RI told me to speak to a pharmacist about the eye lubricant I needed. Approached the consult area where the pharmacy tech was rude and told me he would have to ask the pharmacist to deal with this. Same incompetent pharmacist who threatened me. So I was instructed to go to the eye area and figure it out which I did. Bought several products with no guidance. The one I bought made my eyes burn unbelievably and had to return it to another CVS. Between the hours and the incompetency get you prescriptions filled somewhere else.
