This pharmacy really went uphill from what it was a couple years ago. The staff now is very pleasant and very accommodating. The main male pharmacist is the best. He helped me out a lot today. Great pharmacy now !

Visited this location on a recent trip to the Woburn area and I was blown away with the Service received! From the associates who greeted me at the door to the Pharmacy team. Special shoutout to the Store Manager Robert and Pharmacy Manager John for helping me! I will definitely visit this location when I am in the area. Kudos to all!

The cvs website literally says no appts needed.for vaccines so we just walked in. They denied us and told us to make an appt.

Had a prescription sent here while I was in town. The prescription was ready within 10 minutes of it being sent over. The Manager Robert was super kind and awesome! Definitely recommend this store. It was also very clean!

If I could give them a zero rating I would.. Well, here is my experience. I had my prescriptions from my emergency room visit sent to this CVS to fill. The rude incompetent staff including the short, heavy set female pharmacist who works there and is completely rude every time I have any dealings with her could not process my insurance. I was told to move out of the drive thru while I was on the phone with the insurance company and yet there wasn’t a car behind me which I clearly stated I would move once a car pulled in. Again, there was no one behind me in the drive thru. She called the police.I guess she thought by calling the police and me being a minority it was going to scare me. I have no problem with the police so, I had absolutely no problem explaining what was going on. The officer fully understood and no problem.I highly do not recommend this CVS. The only good thing I can say about this CVS is they have a wonderful pharmacist by the name of Jonathan who is the best. If he ever left this CVS my suggestion to customers is run. Other than him the staff is very rude.

Great experience here, got my COVID vaccine as a walk in and it was seamless and quick! The female pharmacist was accommodating and knowledgeable, and the pharmacy tech was very nice and warm as well

On July 3rd of this year, an employee kept staring at me while I was reading a label on a vitamin bottle at a bottom shelf. I could probably guess what she was thinking.Racial profiling is real. Now I document everything. CVS please ensure employees get cultural/racial bias training.

Only giving the star because it’s needed to leave a review .The pharmacy is rude . Disrespectful. Especially the manager . Disappointed. The Manager who made my mom feel bad today i will be reporting you . Horrible customer service

They hanged up the phone on their customers. I was on hold for 23 minutes and they picked up the phone and hanged up on me. I will switch all my prescriptions to Walgreens, Walgreens has better pharmacies, cleaner , will educated, knowledgeable. They treat their customers with respect. Will never go back to cvs
