The only real problem is that they have done landscaping over the municipal property that leads to the federal property of the mailbox in front.
I hope this is brought to the attention of the manager before I petition the city of Woburn to rezone them.
Put up a sidewalk for goodness sake! People are going to get killed going to the mailbox!

Had to do a complicated wire transfer. Dealt with a great lady named Hyon. Althought it was a differcult and painstaking process Hyon professionally figured everything out while being pleasant as can be. Lovely lady, great service.

If you're looking for a bank with a manager who berates you for "wasting the teller's time" when you choose to make a deposit inside rather than through the ATM, and prefer to do your banking where absolutely no one speaks English as their first language, you've found your place! Had an account here for 30+ years, can't even describe how bad service has gotten.

Closed my accounts here after very poor service from more than one employee. I had opened my account online with a large deposit, but when I went to make my first withdrawal 4 months after opening, they wouldn't allow it because they said there was no signature card on file. Ok, no problem, let me add a signature; here's my ID. Nope, can't do that after the account is opened. What? My money is just inaccessible? Yup. Tellers seemed disinterested and had no authority to resolve the problem. I understand that these kinds of problems can arise at banks from time to time, so I was told to contact the manager. Left voicemails for the manager, Kristine Noonan, and she didn't even bother to call me back. That was enough for me, there are too many banks out there to bother with this non-sense. Closed the account and moved on. I will say the problem does seem unique to this branch, as in past had very positive and helpful experiences at the Citizens in East Cambridge when I had an account there.

I don't know who all these other people have been dealing with at the Citizen's Bank on Russell Street but I have found all of them to be very cordial, friendly and helpful. Perhaps we need to think about how we perceive people and our own attitude while banking.

They always have something to complain about your transactions when you are not a customer, and the manager is very rude
