“I understand that others have had less-than-stellar experiences here, based on other reviews, but I have rented a car there 4-5 times over the past few years and will be doing so again this weekend, and, each time, I've been served quickly and politely, and given a clean vehicle matching the proper category, which is all I require of a car rental business. For all I know, I've been lucky, or other reviewers have been unlucky, but I've never had any issue at all and recommend them.”

“Had a great experience picking up a rental while my car is in the shop. Had a short wait, and the staff was super friendly. The EV I got was nearly fully charged and clean. I walked in and left with a car in about 20 minutes. Not bad at all. Happy with my experience.”
