Highly unprofessional, rude, and uncalled-for foul language towards returning customer.My partner & I have used their services before. After many attempts to make an appointment, playing phone tag, they proceed to text back and say I am "full of ****", after I apologized for missing their call by 5min.Doesn't even have the guts to respond, either to apologize or stand by their profanity. Text conversation screenshots cannot be posted by Google rules.Will not be returning, would not recommend to ANYONE. Will be taking our business across the street.

Absolutely terrible customer service and level of unprofessionalism. Immediately used profanity when attempting to return a missed call. Do not give business to them. Returning customers are treated like nobodies.

I reached out to Bumper2Bumper to detail our car that needed a good deep cleaning. Every aspect of the process exceeded my expectation. Mark responded immediately and was very helpful. When I was not able to pick it up at the originally scheduled time, he was very accommodating. Finally, the detailing was exceptional. All in all, the value was fantastic. The car looks new again. In short, I will be recommending and returning. It was so refreshing to meet someone who is kind, pleasant, hard working, and who strives to exceed expectations. Thank you Mark!

Mark and his crew got top dollar for a mediocre job, Mark is a good salesman with good customer service skills but the actual detailing work was just okay. When they did the interior they just went over it quickly leaving a lot of gunk and dirt behind, when I brought in my car the exterior had clear coat scratches that could have been easily buffed out but they were left almost untouched. I previously worked at a auto auction where I saw a lot of cars come in dirty and scuffed and get reconditioned with no body work for a lot less money and with better results so maybe my view is skewed because of that, however I'm not going to be back.

The car looked great when it was done and it was completed right on time. (Yelp apparently has a requirement of a minimum number of characters on these reviews. I will be giving the yelp app a 1 star. )

I highly recommend coming here for detailing. The service was great and was beyond any expectations I had. My car was a mess inside and out, and I did not even recognize it when I picked it up. I cannot say enough great things about the service I received from Mark and his staff. I had a sunroof leak that left my car stinking of mold. Not only did they get the smell out, they delivered my car to me looking better than when I picked it up at the dealership! Mark went above and beyond my expectations of what a detailer can do. If you are in need of detailing services, do not hesitate to use Bumper 2 Bumper. Mark (owner) is very kind and takes the time to explain what he is going to do and treats his customers right.

I do not write reviews. But I made an exception for this business. It is not often that someone exceeds my expectations, but this business did. Not only was my car detailed far beyond my expectations but they also managed to get black paint marks off my side view mirror - something I did not ask nor did I expect them to do. Business is hard to find: In the basement garage in building 600. But it is well worth the search.

These guys are great! Mark did a huge favor for me and took me right away! I highly recommend their services and will use them going forward as this was my first time. I can't believe that they were that close to me either, they are right off the highway.

Absolutely phenomenal work! So pleased! Brought my just purchased used green Subaru into get cleaned. Exceeded my expectations in every area! Even got melted caramel off the cloth interior. I bought it just for snow days but it looks to good for that now!

Bumper2Bumper Rocks!!!! Mark Thompson, the owner of the shop , has 20 + years of experience, and after a complete detail , the car really looks brand new. Smells brand new too. Lol. Professional, does a better job than any dealership , and for a better price...
