Avoid at all costs! Spoke to two mechanics who apparently don't speak to one another. Went there for a routine tune-up and oil change. When I got my car back the engine cover was not secured. Mechanic lost the plugs that hold it on place and prevent it from flopping around and falling off while driving. I asked them to replace them and I got an attitude. He tells me he has to "go out of his way" to the junk yard to find a set and it will take a while. I go back a week later and nothing, no plugs. He could have got them from the dealer for $20, which is what I had to do! They act as though I'm bothering them for expecting my car to be returned to me in the condition I brought it. The car also doesn't run right, I suspect they may have gapped the plugs incorrectly. They also didn't replace the air filter under the hood and inside the cabin as they said they would. I basically paid for parts and service that wasn't completed. Never again!

I called for help today to help change my tire, & the guy was very very helpfull!! He came in 20 minutes & helped and my family! I really recommend this place! They are very helpful! & very good customer service! Thank you again!

Stay away, mechanic has alcohol on his breath and is working on and test riding your car! I watched the young skinny mechanic take a car out for test ride and drive blindly across Montvale Ave into his gas station without looking and almost head on an oncoming car while in a customer's Civic! Then he got out and argued with the other driver! These are not the people you should choose with so many choices!

bP has a great reputation for quality gas. This location while serving that gas is a downer as the pump attendant has constantly tried to rip off (me) and others (I've witnessed it). He fills the tank to a dollar number say 28dollars/ you hand him 40 (2 20s) and he will hand you back 3 bills (2 ones and a five) and quickly run towards the store which then forces you to run after him and he pretends not the listen. Be careful

I've moved out to Hopkinton but still bring my cars back to this shop when i can because I trust Maurice. He is an honest mechanic and on top of that he is brilliant. Me driving that far should indicate how valuable that is to me.

This is scam place! They appear to be a so called BP gas station however they do not even take any legitimate BP gift card. The owner is extremely rude.

Took my car there for general maintenance and because it was making weird noises at the wheels. They changed my brake pads, spark plugs and oil and showed me everything that was wrong and how to proceed. They even test drove it several times and spent a lot of time helping me out. Really good guys. Glad I went there
