I was extremely upset to find out that the item I had purchased was broken/used. I attempted to bring it back to get a new one but received attitude and disrespect from the cashier. He stated that he could not accept the return.

Ordered a part today for a pickup in the store, got the message that the order is ready, went to the store at around 6:30PM, and found it closed with a message "Store closed from 6:30pm to 7:30pm for lunch"?? Not a great way to run the store
