Took my car to Auto Body It Is after my car was hit in a parking lot along the entire passenger side. When I dropped off my car Juan and Kissila made sure I had a rental set up and took the time to take me to Hertz. They were in constant communication with me in regards to the insurance company coming out to do the appraisal and with updates on the status of my car. The work that was done on my came out phenomenal. In addition to the bodywork from the accident, my rims and the front grill were blacked out. The detail in their work is on point. I highly recommend Juan and the other mechanics at Auto Body It Is to anyone that needs bodywork or any custom work done.Services: Tires

"Worst Ever!" or "All Time Worst!" - is how I would rate it without the slightest hesitation or ill will. They outbid two other repair shops on time, guaranteeing to do the repairs quicker ("10-12 days they said, versus 2-3 weeks for other places) - and I should never have listened! They didn't lift a finger for three whole weeks, then asked the insurance evaluator to come back again, and only then put in the parts orders, then let the car sit for another three weeks, before they even started work on "some" parts. Now my car has been with them for two whole months, and they are still asking for two more weeks... Never mind they absolutely DO NOT communicate and it requires my chasing them down and stalking their owner/mechanic/front desk, to get ANY information, never mind some documentation on what needs to be done. Absolutely horrendous customer service (or lack there of) and communication. This shop does not know how to do or run business. Do not come here, if you value your time and have other priorities in life - like being able to get to work or drop your kid off at school. Shameless place!

I’ve been to autobody it is twice over several years. Everyone is very kind and professional, and their workmanship is consistent and excellent. Kissila provided great communication throughout the entire repair process and kept me in the loop on the status of my vehicle. I couldn’t recommend them enough.Services: Painting

Otto is the man. Extremely professional and goes out of his way to help customers. A real petrol head who treats customers vehicles the way he treats his. Great after sales support too.Fantastic experience with a full stek PPF on a new roadster.

They agreed to take the truck in on 13th. When the time came we were sent away, no parts were ordered. Took the check but wouldn’t deposit it. Gave the check back, but ever since they do not answer the phone for us or answer and hang up. Very unprofessional shop.

I recently had some rust repair work done on my wife's 96 xj6 jag this was the second time there the first time was 6 years ago, the newly rusted area was in two different spots the paint match incredible the work first class the price fair and they detailed it from top to bottom fabulous job by Jaun and his crew highly recommended thanks so much sincerely Richard Milne.

I’ve had to bring two vehicles to Auto Body It Is over the past two years. Flawless work on both of my Mercedes SUVs. The most recent work involved repaired a scraped and dented rear wheel well and rear bumper. If you’re going to have to get body work done, bring it here.

Bad experience with rental car.I had sent my Mercedes Benz for a fix up after a crash and they took over 3 months to fix it, they gave me a hertz rental car and told me that they will take care of the additional charges as my insurance only covered 30 days of rental. I was told by Otto to send him a text with the additional charges and he will have the money reimbursed. It has now been over 8 months and I have not gotten my refund. It has come to the point that Otto does not even bother answering my calls or texts.Otto had reached out to hertz but they had the same answer every time.They did a great job on fixing the car I recommend them just don't get a car from Hertz rental.Update on January 2022: Otto has reached out to me and hertz and we are currently trying to get the money re-reimbursed.I will keep adding edits to my review and keep you posted.

I recently reached out to Juan at Auto Body It Is about some repair work needed on a brand new 2020 Mercedes Sprinter. He was able to look at the van and offer a very fair cost proposal that same day, as well as a reasonable timeframe to get the repairs and some additional cosmetic work to the van done. Within a month from my original visit, I had a like-new van, with the addition of Rhino-lining along the bottom panels to help protect it while traveling. You cannot tell that there was ever anything wrong. Juan, Otto and the rest of the crew were fantastic, and wonderful to deal with. Their work was professional and well done, and all completed within the promised timeline and budget. I would not hesitate to use them again. I got an estimate done and the employee told me to call or email, and provided the email address, when I was ready to have the work done after the holiday weekend. I emailed and called multiple times the following week and got no response.Their work and prices themselves seemed fine, but I couldn't get a response from anyone to do the work.
