I started coming here in the 90s, when I moved to Woburn, and have had all six of my cars serviced here over the years. Today was brake rotors and pads all around. I asked a lot of questions and they showed me all, both the old and the newly installed hardware. Friendly and professional service, as always.”

“These guys installed 2 headlight bulbs on my CRV I bought at a parts store, in their driveway in 5 minutes. Keane's did it as a courtesy. Honda would have charged who knows what. “Woburn Gas was referred to me by someone who works for the town. It’s always tough finding a mechanic you can trust when you move into a new area. I had been going to another place, so when I called Woburn gas they beat the estimate by almost half. Then I bring the car down and Eli was awesome! He told me I didn’t need to spend that kind of money on an older car. He could have made close to thousand dollars on me and I would have never known. I have been bringing my car there ever since! No hassle, no games, and his quotes are spot on! My car has never run better and I’m great-full to have a mechanic in the area I'm comfortable with! “Bob at Central Auto is a throw back! I true gentleman who looks to help you and get you back on the road.I have had two instances where I brought my vehicle in (2010 Honda Ridgeline) for a quick fix and both times were a surprise!The first, he told me that he just needed to adjust something by my tie-rod, which was no charge. The second time, he did my front brakes which cost far under what I was quoted at two other places.I have brought my kids cars in for oil changes and the service and timing has been perfect each and every time!Definitely a 5-star!One more thing: please be sure to call before you drop your car so that Bob is able to get to it that same day! There is a key drop, if needed, as well!”
“George is honest, trustworthy, and no-nonsense, tells you the problem, how much it's going to cost, how long it will last and will advise you whether you or not to invest a lot of money in the repair. I have been bringing my cars to George for over ten years, everything from small maintenance to major repairs, his integrity and work is outstanding. Just recently George advised me to take my daughter's 10 yr. old XI to the Medford Dealer to look at the rear camera problem for a software issue. It needed a new battery anyway, so I reluctantly did. A few hours later service center is sending me videos of oil leaks, starter wires, undercar shield (which I knew about) $500 for battery I was expecting, if I wanted to repair these other issues would be $3500.00 I said no. I go to pick up car drive a few feet out of lot and the turn signals were going crazy, error messages, I just turned around, you did something, or missed something, the service rep wanted me to get back in line for another service call!! Wonder what they would have "found" then!!! WTF!!! I could not drive back to Georges quick enough (lol) His mechanic and son were there that day, told them what happened, within a day George says the oil leak was not there, the blinkers were broke, anyway he fixed everything, put undercar shield, and found a grill piece to complete the look for about $400. This just happened a few weeks ago, it's rare, but George is and has always been this way.”

“I came in for an inspection sticker, and that was done quickly and professionally. I then mentioned my other car that just failed an inspection at another garage, and I was unsure whether the rejection was justified, and Burke's offered to check it out for no charge. I bought my car to Burke's the next day and got a courteous evaluation (yes, unfortunately, the repair was necessary).
There was no attempt to upsell or extract some money. Just guys doing the right thing and being there to help out. Many thanks!”

“I was in a car accident in January and my car had to be towed from the scene. I was kinda anxious when Woburn Police called for a tow truck, but Frank came out and was so professional and kind. And the cop asked if I had a shop in mind to tow it to and he checked with Frank to make sure if he could tow it to my friends shop, Mikes Auto Body and Frank had no problem towing it 5 mins down the road. Frank was so kind and gave me the he business card and told me if I had any issues to call. I absolutely love small shops with towing!”
