“I needed an inducer fan for my Goodman furnace . I called the company that I bought the furnace from, but for some stupid reason they could not get the part for me. I called Johnstone in Woburn MA and they had the part in stock. Ryan and the branch manager Brad Esposito were very helpful at Johnstone:”

“We just left Ferguson plumbing and couldn't be more satisfied. We went in for a part & the 2 men at the parts counter went out of their way to be accommodating. The part was for a faucet & although they were not familiar with the product they looked up the info and called. The manufacturer was in Canada however that didn't seem to bother them. They ordered the part for us (apparently it was under warranty because there was no charge). We were told it would be shipped to our home in 3-5 business days. This will be our place to shop for fixtures etc. We highly recommend and thank them.”

“My tenants refrigerator broke down today. I went to Home Depot, Best Buy and Lowe's and all three had only floor models. You have to place an order in advance and wait for it to arrive. Am I supposed to leave my tenant without a refrigerator for a number of days until the delivery comes in? The new normal. I called up Boston and Appliance in Woburn and spoke to Matt. He told me they had one for me to take with me. I showed up 40 minutes later and within 20 minutes they loaded a very fairly priced stainless steel refrigerator into my van and I was out the door. I replaced my tenants refrigerator and all is good. This will be my first phone call next time instead of wasting three hours going around searching .”
