Anderson Oil has supplied oil to my home for more than 22 years since 1999, technically the last century. ☺I am most satisfied with their infallible deliveries, annual maintenance tune-ups, and their beautiful Solaia furnace install for us in 2020.I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

We used them for several years. Mostly polite people and can repair stuff just like anyone else. Our big issue was the BTU of the heating oil from then was pretty low campared to others and you end up using more oil to generate same amount of heat. When we switched from Anderson to another company our winter heating bill essential went down by 40%. Wouldn't want to go back even if the price/gal was much lower than other companies.

We recently purchased a home and found Anderson Oil's new customer offer too good to pass up. Everyone I have spoken with at the company is very polite and courteous. Their auto-fill has been great. We've already had to use their emergency service line as well. Tony, the tech, called me back almost immediately and was at my house within 30 minutes. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it in 15-20 minutes as well. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend.

I called the after hours number due to a no-heat situation. Scott returned the call quickly and was at our house within 45 minutes. He diagnosed the problem and made the the repair quickly. Very impressive customer service!!Peter McDonald

Anderson has been nothing short of amazing since we signed up with them about 4 years back. We have a older system and have had a couple breakdowns over the last few years. The heat went down at the end of last season and I called the emergency line and Tony was out within the hour. He found out that our oil tank (which is very old) was plugged and he unplugged it and had it going in about 20 minutes.

Was a customer of 8 years with auto re-fill. There was a miscommunication and we had an unpaid bill still due. They knowingly let our oil tank run empty in the middle of winter because of that unpaid bill. Went without heat for an entire weekend with two small children. They also refused to come come give us the emergency 10 gallon fill up they normally would do because they didn’t like my tone when I expressed my frustrations. It is unconscionable to cut the heat of a long term customer with one late bill. Terrible customer service, look elsewhere.

Whenever we had a problem, quick phone call and they were there to address all our service needs. Have recently sold house and highly recommended that the buyers continue using Anderson Oil.
