Tan was wonderful. Even though my hard drive was unfortunately not readable in the end, he spent a lot of time trying to make it work for which he didn’t charge me. Highly recommended.

Tan at this company did everything right in replacing a cover and broken screen-frame on my laptop. It took just a few days, though the parts were hard to find. I could keep the computer while they came in. Then two hours to make the actual repair. Couldn't be more satisfied.

Alpha Computer is a company I wish I never didn't business with. I recently was forced to file suit against them. Alpha talks a mean game but did not follow though on most of it. When it comes to working with Apple, Alpha is inept and in my opinion, unqualified.

I don't think there's been a computer problem that Tan and Joe haven't been able to resolve. From replacing faulty laptop batteries to rebuilding corrupt user accounts, they've always been able to diagnose the problem and offer up a solution… all at very reasonable prices!

I brought my laptop in because I thought it had water damage. The screen wasn't displaying anything. When I got there, it worked fine. But the employee still offered to take it apart to check for water damage inside. Luckily there was nothing wrong, he cleaned it up and handed it back to me. I was pleased with their honesty.
