This place is a hidden jewel. Sure they are busy but I never hear we are so busy you have to wait a week. I hear a hard working guy say - bring it in.You get there and sure it's busy, but he stops and talks to you, diagnoses the problem and takes your problems on. Alex is a hard working entrepreneur. He always has a chance to overcharge but never does. It may take a little while because they are busy but it's worth it! Coworkers are solid especially Jared! My latest problems were beyond what was expected and any other shop would have really overcharged.They were more concerned about staying within budget/estimate.We Really appreciate everything!!!

Alex is amazing! I met him years ago when his shop was in south Woburn and he has been my Go-To-Mechanic since! My husband and I wouldn’t go to anyone else and highly recommend him!

The owner is well experienced and capable of detecting any automobile issues by listening to the sound of the car's engine. I had an issue of engine light up on the dashboard, and I took it there. Within less than 20 seconds, he said this car has this and that type of problem. I didn't believe in the beginning, but he said give an hour to fix it. I said okay.Within an hour, he fixed all the problems and called me to pick it up. He charged me way less than what the dealer charged most of the time.I didn't believe what's going on. However, I asked him if I've seen any issues, and I could bring it up. He said yes, without any hesitation.It's been more than 6 months, and I've never seen any issues so far.

I wish I could gave this guy a zerostar instead of one star, he was very bad to me, unprofessional and aggressive . He made me wait all the day to fix my car with promising that he will do it within an hours and then when I come back he never even touched the car. He charged me $250 to fix the fan when only it needed to be cleaned up for $20 after two weeks the fan is not working again and I came back to him all the way from Malden, he was vey rude and yelling at me that he already fixed it, He asked me to come back after five hours to get the car fixed and then when I returned, he said that he didn’t have time to check it out or fix it, I threaten him to call my bank to get the charge removed and then he acted on fixing the issue which was only Cleanig up the filter/ I got charged $250 for nothing. By the way they never give me a receipt and I asked for it! Please watch up with this shop. No honesty at all.

I had a great experience at Alex Auto Repair. I had a broken headlight that I needed to have fixed before a storm. The first place I tried told me that it was a really complicated job that would take a long time to fix (they said the headlight was put in in an odd way that would make it difficult to change). The next place I went to (an actual Honda dealer) was super unhelpful and told me to come back next week. Then I tried Alex Auto repair- what a different experience! Alex fixed it on the spot for a more than reasonable price. Alex was nice and professional He has my business going forward!
