This is the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered (except ones from gas stations). First of all, they are very rude and unprofessional. I first talked to a service representative person via their website. She was helpful so I put a deposit to keep the car I wanted. I asked her to make sure to send me the receipt, and she said would make sure to ask her manager, who processes the payment to send me the receipt. They processed right away but I have not received any payment confirmation nor the receipt from them even after a week. I emailed the rep to follow up with her manager and she said yes. - No response. Few days later I called them and directly asked the manager to send me the receipt. He said he would let the sales person know - no apologies or whatsoever. The sales person texted me just a picture of receipt without mentioning who even he is. Months later, he suddenly called me on a weekday and said “someone didn’t get approved the car you wanted. Do you wanna come to get the car right now?”. Ok, who are you again? And you are not the only person on this earth working on daytime/weekdays. Please have a courtesy to at lease ask “is this good time to talk” and to mention your name first. This is not a shopping of buying a can of soda from gas station. No professionalism at all and I have no trust to this dealership at all. Decided not to pursue this car no longer with them. However, they have not returned my deposit. Surprise. They just ignored my message. I think they are too busy with selling cars to be professionals.

I bought a used car from their Nashua store (since closed) 1+yrs ago. They promised a warranty, showed me the paperwork and after the sale, told me there was no warranty. Finance Director refused to answer unnamed charges on my purchase document and then claimed "harassment" if I didn't stop asking. The VP did nothing but criticize my choice of words stating I was scammed. Find a dealer with integrity...

I wish I heeded the negative reviews, they are all accurate. I dealt with very dishonest sales people, no response from management when I reached out, a false inspection sticker. No response after the purchase (which was painful - too many things to list-I should have gone with my gut and left the Woburn dealer). No registration, no paperwork to my insurance agent, no phone calls answered (vm always full on the main line). Really, go elsewhere, and make them sign something that guarantees they will perform their duties diligently. I'm lucky I have a family of attorneys to pursue this. I reached out to Management per the response below, no response. Not surprised

I wanted to compliment your Service Advisor Amanda Reid. She wasn’t my advisor but I saw her a few times during my time there. She was extremely pleasant, polite, and professional. Unfortunately, while I was checking out, she had a horrible customer who was being obnoxiously rude to her; way over the line. Amanda demonstrated great poise and professionalism throughout the entire interaction. Nothing she or the dealership had done could have warranted this customer’s actions. Amanda could not have handled the situation any better than she did. Please compliment her patience and willingness to keep the situation deescalated. Her poise and professionalism really made a difference. Awesome job Amanda!!! Please make sure she is recognized for her outstanding customer service!!!

DO NOT BUY HERE. Sold me a car with salvage title from Woburn Toyota and they are not buying the vehicle back upon learning this information. Starting the process of contacting the Attorney General.

Came to this dealer for an oil change special, listed on their website. Coupon said up to 6 quarts. My vehicle takes 7 quarts so I was told I can’t use the coupon. Felt like bait and switch but the service advisor gave me another deal that I was happy with. Call and question any promotional service before you head down to the dealership.

Great experience. Very professional, was able to answer all the questions. The sales person Gabriel and the Sales Manager had to locate the truck I wanted from another lot and have it delivered. Extra kudos for the sales manager to take an extra trip to drive the truck back up to Wakefield the next day.Was in and out less then 3 hours total including test drive

Owners of Woburn Toyota, what a bunch of robbers and good for nothings. They do not honor their recalls or Customer service protection. They tried to charge me for a driveshaft u-joints at 4x the national average. the service manager was petty and mean. unprofessional and unhelpful. only after making a BBB complaints were they going to honor the driveshaft u-joint CSP. There was a frame recall. i was notified, i brought my 2010 Tacoma in to be checked. Service said my frame was fine in 2019 but now there is a giant hole that could not have formed in just the last few years. Now they wont even service my vehicle, it can't pass Ma. inspection and can not be sold. making it a worthless truck good only for parts.

Biggest bunch of crooks— beware! They will upsell you unnecessary services and repairs, perform services specifically requested not to, and they will overcharge you on everything. Don’t bother taking your complaint to management, best they will do is offer you a coupon off future services. The name of the game here is fleecing you. Take your business to a trustworthy repair shop instead.

We have been looking for a second car for the family for a few months. With the shortage of cars, it became difficult to find a quality used car at a good deal with low mileage. This dealership had it, but the tip of the icing was Nicole Patti.She was knowledgeable, calm, kind and patient towards our situation. She was open to us considering other options and it never felt like a business transaction. It was more like a friend advising us on the best deal we could possibly have on a car during the worst time to be buying a car.I would recommend Nicole 100%. Thank you Nicole!!

I Brough an offer I had online from Capital One Auto Finance to the dealer, and they took great care of me showing the vehicle I had originally found online, and also being extremely helpful along the way.
