The ladies that work there are super nice. The one guy that works there is very disgruntled and probably one of the worst employees I’ve ever encountered. He has no concept of customer service and asks a lot of ridiculous questions like what’s in the package, you can’t mail that, it’s too big, etc… Even though I’ve been doing it for years and there’s nothing that says I can’t. He is very confrontational, and should be terminated for sure. If it wasn’t so close, I would never go there and probably will end up going somewhere else because of this one guy who is the most annoying/worst employee I’ve ever seen of any establishment.

It’s 8:43am on a Wednesday, supposed to be open at 7am and the doors are locked! Come on, do better! There’s so many people waiting because she’s supposedly coming in in 15 mins.. every single person is saying this happens all the time and trying to get answers does nothing. Do better. Respect peoples time.

Given this too many chances. It’s after 9am and it’s closed when it should be open at 7am. And the lady is so rude.

Have had numerous issues with this facility and the level of care they show customers. If you use this place, do not come with high expectations. Will not call out anyone specifically, but truly frustrated - used them for the final time.

Regarding July 3rd, 2023.The guy was handling the entire store front on his own and was incessantly rude, as well as point blank lying to my partner about the policy on necessary identification for a Post Office box, which is guided by a federal standard. As common sense psychologic the official USPS website and every other basedFederally based institution, Primary identification, which is much more strict than any other form of identification, can in fact be used for Secondary identification.

There were two guys working when I visited today, and they were both very helpful setting up my PO box and mail forwarding! There wasn't much of a wait. Nice little USPS location.

Great service ,These guys are the best. Under paid and over worked . They go well above and beyond call of duty. They just do so much more than just their jobs. I see my mail man putting out the The trash and shoveling a path for the senior citizens.I could go on for hours on what these things this man has done for everyone in and around town. I have lived here for 50 years in my house His first name is Donnie.

Covid 19 update--Nov. 2020, They now allow two(2) people inside with the clerks, as long as there are two (2) clerks, previously it was only one (1) person even though there are two (2) registers and stations. The lobby area can get crowded because people coming in for po box mail or writing out slips, et al. You have to have all your paper work ready before you go in/most people seem to comply. There is also a bin in the lobby for prepaid labels--they want you to toss them in, so I presume they will not give you a slip/receipt, which I really like to do so I will be saving anything pre-paid for my monthly Boston trip. The line during peak times, usually snakes out the door but it is late 60's mini mall with overhang so people can social distance stand and be protected from rain. The regular clerks and I think the seasonal folks that bid in vary. Sat. I was told no cash only credit cards, not a problem for me, and it seemed equipment related--which does happen sometimes. Note, since I've been visiting during 2020, the staff has an issue with zip plus four--even when I've doubled checked them & most of the regular clerks told me they could not find it/process mail to an army base in Georgia so I went back to the nonprofit I volunteer with and switched my donation/saying the clerks would not accept it. Similar issue sending donations to as nonprofit in Roxbury so going forward I am leaving off the plus four/because they say it does not match. This week issue sending a sweet 16 bday pkg. to Long Island NY so I'm tabling it for my next Boston visit, and I did not attempt to send holiday mailer here to my friend in India--I would not use them for international mailings or passport services/and actually I'm unsure if they are even available here. On a positive note, one day I had a cert letter get mixed up with a bunch of bills and they did open the box out front and let me retrieve it, so they can be kind and helpful and I realize the Pandemic is stressful on all--that said, I'm leaving OK three (3)-star rating.

Says open online and they are not so employees must not take that very seriously there are even people wanting to get inside and no one is here. Considering its voting time this kind of matters

I’m fifth in line still waiting and have already been here for half an hour. Everyone walking out has the attitude as if they’ve just met with a divorce attorney. One woman remarked “it’s like prison in there.” Another said “I’ve never been treated so poorly in my life.” If they had snacks for those of us waiting out here I’d have given two stars, alas, one star.
