“I like this place, including the hours they have. I ship and pick up boxes all the time for the past 6 years and never had a problem. If you are going to send something make sure you check your address and make sure its correct. If you give the company the wrong info, don't be shocked that the package was sent somewhere else. Make sure you read up on their policy when picking up a package. Go ahead and ask questions so you are all clear when picking up. Customers should be accountable when they make a mistake. it's common sense.”

“The woman Sonya at this Fed Ex store was so nice and went way beyond out of her way to help me, I'm not that good on using smart phones, which I needed to upload a scan thingy from my email and she had no problem on walking me thru the steps I had to take to get my items returned. “I haven't been to a Staples Connect before, though I can guarantee I will start going more often. I came today to ship some items, but I saw a monitor that I have been interested in for a while now. The staff was great in helping me find information about this monitor, but who I found the most helpful was the cashier, Shirish. Shirish was super friendly, supportive and relatable. Not only was he super fun to talk with, but he was also able to answer all my questions and informed me of their coupons and app. In the end, Shirish was able to help me get a good deal on my monitor. I had a frustrating day at work, but Shirish honestly made my day a whole lot better.”
