Sandy paws did an amazing job grooming my dog Luna! She can sometimes be anxious and sheds ALOT but they did an awesome job of communication and recommending a few things in regards to de shedding treatment, etc. Would highly recommend!

Our 9 year old dog has gone here multiple times. On the last visit, the groomer didn't secure her to the lead in the bath and she was able to jump out of the raised tub, landing on her back. While I appreciate that they called us right away to let us know she might be hurt, I do not appreciate them not taking precautions to keep her safe and then offering us 50% off the service. At 9 years old, a fall like that can be catastrophic and I will never trust them with any animal ever again.

I came here for the first time to get my yorkie groomed and they did an amazing job! They're all so friendly and ensured my pup was taken good care of! Best groom ever !

The team over at Sandy Paws is the best. Every-time I bring my Bella to get groomed or buy toys, they are so helpful and extremely nice. We wouldn't bring our Bulldog anywhere else. You have customers for life!!

Surely because it is a bad rating, this comment will be deleted, but it is my duty to tell my case. The manager's attention is very poor. The first time I think because I was a new client, they treated me well. When I made the 2nd appointment I made it for a Saturday first thing in the morning but a month before they called me to confirm the appointment on a Friday, which is impossible, it was obvious that the manager made a mistake, I was kind and understanding, but the manager She was very rude, she didn't make mistakes were her words, after a while of exchanging words the new date was set. I took my dog that day and without my approval they cut the hair from my dog's tail I was understanding, and they were also requiring me to register for vaccinations. I sent it that same day, I never received any response. On the third appointment, they warned me again about the vaccines, the very rude manager told me that I didn't receive anything and I sent her away again. Send a photo of the original record of the vaccine that was given to my dog in his country of origin. However, it was not enough for the manager who again, in a very rude and derogatory manner, demanded that I had to go to the veterinarian who treated my dog in his country of origin and that he certify the validity of the vaccine, it was impossible to do that and after many words I decided to look for another place where my dog would be cared for. I came to the conclusion that if they treated me that way, what would be the treatment they gave my dog when I was not present, I don't know if this is a case of discrimination for being from another country or simply a case of lack of empathy. but in short, if you have a puppy, NEVER GET IT THERE. and complied with the law. Show me my dog's vaccination record. So I don't accept that apology. show the vaccines THEY JUST DID NOT WANT TO ATTEND ME. God knows why. If it was due to discrimination or lack of empathy

I sent my senior Yorkie here for his grooming where he was cut on his stomach by groomer Fatima. They did not inform me of this when I picked him up, and it was not until I got home that I noticed blood on his stomach. His haircut was rough and choppy on top of this, so they offered to have his face trimmed again. Although I appreciated this and also that they refunded half of the service, I was only offered an apology by the manager, not the groomer. For the proclaimed "yorkie specialist", this is the worst experience I've ever had with a groomer and can't believe I waited a month for this particular groomer. Management was helpful, but wouldn't come back as it's the most disheartening and disappointing feeling to drop off your pup for a routine cut just to get them back injured by an unapologetic "specialist" groomer. If I had not advocated for my pet, it would have been brushed off.

This is the second time boarding my dog Kiki. I was worried about leaving her for over a week but six days in and she looks very happy. They are always responsive when I send a text to check in. I feel confident that she is happy and in good hands!
