If I could leave zero stars, I would. The Buyer of our home used MSA Mortgage. He was given a preapproval letter proving that he could afford the home and signed the contract with a 60 day closing date. 48 hours prior to closing we were contacted by the Buyers agent that his lender did not send him to underwriting and he was unable to go forward with the closing because he couldnt afford the closing costs. All of this took place after falsely reporting funding and driving the selling price down; begged and pleaded for $5k worth of credit, only to later inform us that the buyer was approved for the original price from the beginning and could afford all costs. This is quite obviously unethical and was done with malice. This company is completely unprofessional and unethical with how they handled this situation. *************************************** and this company should be investigated for how they operate and she should no longer be allowed to operate business this way.

I thought it might be easier to use the bank that held my mortgage loan to refinance so I contacted citizens and Inquired about refinancing, they told me it would be about 60-90 days to close and the rate I was quoted for. I thought 60-90 days was a bit ridiculous, and the loan officer told me they do rate match if I have an approval in writting from another company. I immediately asked myself what I was doing? This is ridiculous, rate match? Why wouldn't citizens give ne the best rate i was qualified for? This is a joke! I contacted msa which I should have originally done but I figured I would save time and money working with the bank that held my loan ready, NOPE! So I went back to MSA and began working with Rob Deeb. Not only did I get the exceptional service I have gotten in the past, they where considerably less costly than citizen, they closed my loan in a third of the time citizens was going to need, and they gave me the best rate that I was qualified for which was .25% less than citizen! They saved me tons of time, and thousands of dollars! Thank you Rob and the MSA team for your exceptional performance!

First of all, they have the best rates, I refinanced my home last year and currently going through the application process for a new home that I bought. Used this company for literally 30 years. New ownership started my mortgage in Oct... after many attempts of a closing date they called and said they couldn't do my loan 2 months later. Last the interest rate, credit score cause had to file through another company. His lame excuse why he couldn't choose was all BS ... called numerous other company's they never heard of the BS he was telling. So disappointed... miss original owners.
