This person was relieved and left very happy. The next person asked "fala portugues?" Sim He replied. This customer was also relieved and left very happy. Then it was my turn. I asked " you don't speak English also do you?" Yes I do my friend - how can I help you. I'm a customer since that day! Victor and I have become very good friends. Victor owns this franchise and has ZERO EMPLOYEES. He works here 7 days a week. His dedication to his customers is unmatched I'm sure. I'm willing to bet that Victor's loyalty % from his customers is the highest in the whole company. The fact that this store is in a "lower income" area makes the fact that he is still here 6 1/2 years. Still ZERO EMPLOYEES. “Ana greeted me immediately and then after pulling up my account thanked me for being a Verizon customer! Ana took the time needed to listen to my extreme Verizon cell phone technical issues and then professionally and quickly acted to find all solutions! She had to add a 2nd eSIM and phone line on my iPhone and adjust many settings both in the phone and online with Verizon to fine tune everything for the way I personally wanted it. She also pointed out a new free features that come with adding a 2nd phone line to the same iPhone: such as free data speed increase, a reduced monthly Netflix plan locked in for 3 years, and much more. She made sure that I as a customer received all the possible perks and savings available from Verizon by explaining my specific plan and how the added phone line changes the cost of all the other phone lines in my bill by showing me the store’s computer screen and walking me through line by line. After she resolved my initial issues she offered a new screen protector that was on sale and had Verizon promotions so I of course accepted and so Ana took the time to clean my phone to prepare it for the new quality replacement screen protector as if it were her own phone.Ana is an asset for the Verizon team and a great representation in acting on Verizons’ behalf to help customers stay satisfied and therefore to keep coming back and remain loyal ...such as myself! This experience for me with Ana and the Verizon brick and mortar store in Woburn, Montvale Ave., is why I spread the Verizon referral by way of word of mouth to my family, friends, and professional colleagues! Most stores let their hot foods get disgusting & dried out sitting under the heat lamps, but this location ALWAYS has fresh stuff ready. If they don’t have something ready when you walk in, they are more than happy to make it for you upon request.The other 7-eleven locations near by have all had to close overnights, because they don’t pay enough to keep good staff, or they miss treat the people they do have, it’s nice to see this location have consistency with their staff, it makes you feel at home!!10 STARS!!”

He was very helpful and patient with me as I spent over an hour (and 4 agents ) trying to get AT & T to provide a transfer pin #.As soon as I stepped out of the store I got a call from T Mobile transfer team asking for the transfer pin so I almost lost my mind as I had to spend another hour and 3 more ATT agents on the phone after already doing it.The process was brutal but no fault of T Mobile- def will be back to this location.”
