Great group of guys running the parts department. They're very knowledgeable and have been such a huge help. I've been using woburn toyota for parts for quite some time now and they never let me down. Always keeping you updated on your order status. A++

Walked in excited to get some info about the new Tacoma and walked out in less than five minutes bc my guy whoever he was, need to learn how to deal with a potential customer. Pretty sure a salesperson's job is to sell their goods to the customer. It was like "yeah so we don't have the Tacoma you're looking for and good luck." Manners and professionalism should be taught to everyone no matter where you work. Ah well...cheers!

Went in for a service related question. The female service advisor was rude, unhelpful, and had an disappointing attitude. If this is the front door/ first person you meet, can one really trust the back door to do better?

They will low ball you in a trade in. I got twice as much on my trade from another Toyota dealer. If you need a refund it will take at least two week for them to return your money. Not a dealer I would recommend.

I rarely write reviews but I had such a bad experience at this dealer today that I'll take the time.Short version: if you don't need a car immediately I recommend trying Lexington Toyota:lexingtontoyota.comI called Woburn Toyota several times to arrange a test drive on a new Sienna. No one told me this was likely to be a problem, and I was prepared to pay a deposit on a lower end LE model and to wait a year or even longer to get my car.I showed up with my family of 6 (with warning) for the test drive, and ended up being given a ridiculous hard sell as to why I should buy a much more expensive car now because "I'll lose more in depreciation on my existing vehicle" (a 2007 Sienna!) if I wait. When I said I just want a simpler lower end model and I'll wait and pay the deposit he refused to give me a test drive, making the trip a complete waste of time. He was also pretty rude to me saying my choice in vehicle was like buying a "unicorn" and telling me that I was telling him his job when I was really asking them for what I had clearly indicated I wanted from the start of the engagement.I previously bought a new Corolla from them just a few years ago. They lost a Toyota driver for life to another dealership.I called Toyota in Lexington and they offered to put me on a waiting list for a car sold at sticker price with only normal additional costs like registration. They did indicate that test drives are difficult because most cars are pre sold. They were happy to allow a test drive once the vehicle comes and then if we don't like it we can withdraw. That's perfect - it didn't waste time for myself and 5 other people.

Tried to buy a truck from them, but they said they would not sell to me because I'm not local? Really, what kind of dealership turns away cash.buyers because they are not local? OK, I'll spend my money elsewhere then.

I purchased floor mats online through Toyota.com. They were the wrong color, so I went to the store to return them. They would not accept them because they did were not in the original packaging (normal cardboard box). No where on the box or the online instructions did it say that they required the original packaging. They said it was Toyota policy.Toyota - come join the modern world! What retailer requires you to bring the same ripped up cardbaord box? This is beyond absurd, and makes me question by 30+ year relationship with Toyota.

quoted $420 something at Woburn toyota to have a rear light fixed to get a sticker-- said no. brought it to my mechanic; he fixed it for 50 bucks. I dont know how they get away with ripping people off continuously.

Dishonest dealership which lacks integrity. They low ball you on your trade in. I've been offered, $21k, $20k and $22k for my trade. Toyota of Woburn offered $13-$16k. For that very reason, I wouldn't recommend them as a dealership to shop at. They obviously care more about their profits then they do about their integrity.

PLEASE DO NOT buy a car here.last week i bought a 2022 highlender with 21000 miles on it . Alex the salesperson wasvery good , but every one else was terrible, two different managers either lied or were disrespectful. I told the first manager the ad on line said remote start , he said no maybe there was an aftermarket one and they took out. i googled later how to remote start with my key . ( no idea what he was talking about ) the day i brought home i looked in the back area and saw whaat i thought was tire changing tools missing and went down to see the manager , he told me these cars go out like they come in. I just paid 36000.00 for a certified car . I said if he bought a suit and the buttons fell off what would you do , He smiled and said if I bought a second hand suit and the seam came out I would own IT . STAY AWAY FROM THESE IDIOTS and go to another dealer please . ( c

Easily one of the better experiences I've had was at this dealership. If you come here and get the chance to be helped by Andy Collins he was incredibly helpful giving me information and answering my questions, as well as very pleasant to talk to while going through the whole process, if you decide to come here and get the chance to be helped by him I highly recommend it.
