Left feeling supported and encouraged that we found the right place to take our pup. Dr. Chase answered all of our questions, made sure we felt comfortable with Lady's health plan, and even followed up to cover anything that was missed during our in person visit. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming.

This was our first time at Winchester Veterinary Group, and we were very pleased. Our dog is over 15 years old and has a number of health issues. Dr. Ding was friendly to us and our dog. He got down on the floor with her to make her more comfortable, and midway through the exam, our dog was giving Dr. Ding kisses on his face. He took his time examining her and explaining his findings and treatment suggestions clearly. We felt very confident in his expertise and knowledge. Moreover, he built a great rapport with our dog and us. The staff at the hospital was friendly and informative. As promised, Dr. Ding called us the day after the appointment with results and next steps to take. Everything was done in a timely and respectful way. We are excited about the future with this veterinary hospital.

Dr Chase is amazing! Went above and beyond to explain things to us in terms we could understand. At no point did we feel rushed, she really took her time. Joleen at the front desk is also wonderful!!!

Honestly the physicians are very kind and nice however it's very disappointing there a couple of of front desk employees that are very unpleasant. They definitely pick and choose whom they want to be helpful with. I see people come in while in waiting some greeted very pleasant others not. I see why they are rated 3.5. First interaction with staff says a lot. Again not everyone

Frustrating one month ordeal for our kitten! Got an appt for our most nervous cat after 3 weeks of waiting and less than an hour before the appointment they left a voicemail saying the appt needs to be rescheduled. No apologies nothing. I don’t care for an apology, it was for an illness and they have no regard for the animal’s suffering. The next available appt was 11 days after. The front desk person Jolleen (as she said her name was) had no empathy for the animal. Highly upsetting experience and feel helpless with our poor sick cat. I will not take my animals there.

We love their practice. We moved out of town 45 min away but recently switched back to them from a franchise vet. It’s worth it!

We are very surprised at the higher ratings for this vet group. Like others have mentioned, we have been going to winchester vet group for 2 decades or more and the group is now profit driven/oriented. Dr. Stephen Zanoti is no longer involved with this practice, although reading through the website, you would not know. We were led to believe he was still involved with the clinic - he is NOT. He no longer owns this practice. The front office staff have been rude and unprofessional. Check your bills! We have been charged for items/services not delivered. Such a shame...

Well, we used to love this place and recommended it. No longer. We’ve been customers for over 20 years, but since the changeover of staff and doctors it appears they are concentrating on profit over care. Front desk is rude and prices have skyrocketed. A newly instituted tech visit for nail trim for example costs $42. 22 for nails and 20 for the tech. Really? We will be looking around for a new vet.

I used to really like this place but in the last few years they have not been good to my three pets. It started with needing guidance for my elderly dog, but each time I brought him in I was talking to a different vet. I complained and then scheduled something several weeks out so to be sure I was talking to the right person for some continuity in his care only to arrive to a different vet! I then had to take him to the Woburn hospital in an emergency situation and got the correct diagnosis of lymphoma. Miss the guy every day. I was told my cat needed costly dental surgery which we went through with. Very shortly after I am told he has stage 4 kidney disease. I am not sure how all of this was missed in the required blood work prior to the surgery. The surgery almost killed him I feel. So now we have gone through a couple of rounds of expensive blood work to get his thyroid levels corrected and check his kidney functions. They never call me back! I finally got a call back for the first round after calling them and asking for a call back. This last time it was two months before I got a call back even after calling them THREE TIMES asking for someone to call me. They finally called me back when I came in happily one day to weigh my current rescue dog and was treated like some sort of criminal by the front staff member. She glared at me and asked my name as she jotted it down rather angrily. I had peeked in before coming in and there were NO other animals in the waiting area and just one adult man at the front desk. If the vets are going to suggest you bring your underweight dogs in to regularly weigh them, they should notify their front staff as such. In my anger at how I was being treated (and having spent THOUSANDS of dollars with them this past year) I mentioned that I was done with them and would someone please contact me about my cat's bloodwork. A tech called me back that the cat was 'stable' with no other information or next steps. The topper was being brushed off when I told the vet my rescue was deaf and asking for guidance. He told me he did the 'clap test' and the dog was not deaf. We later took the dog to Tufts for a BAER test and he is completely deaf.

Lovely staff who cares about animals. Just need to look past the incredibly high prices that have nearly doubled this past year. Fine for rich pet owners but for those that have regular jobs just be prepared to have your paycheck direct deposited into their bank account. Apart from that they are very caring with your beloved pet.

My cat needs special food because of a urinary obstruction. My regular vet’s order was 5 days late so I called to see if you guys could help. You had the food my cat needs but refused to let me buy it because I wasn’t a client of yours. I called 2 other vets that helped me immediately. I explained my situation to the lady who answered the phone and she didn’t care. This was Wednesday March 30 at 9:30am.

I searched for quality medical care for our pets after a few bad experiences and I was very pleased to find Winchester Veterinary Group. They are the best!!! I have been taking our pets to Dr. Zinotti for over 20 years. He truly cares about our pets and even calls to follow up to see how they are doing. If you need a veterinarian for your pets call them you won't be disappointed.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They misdiagnosed my dog numerous times in the last 6 months of her life, even though I was giving them clinical hints as to what I was afraid might be wrong with her (I am a doctor). I was not listened to. My dog was finally diagnosed with terminal cancer and will be euthanized this weekend. She was diagnosed too late for us to consider any intervention. I hold this practice responsible. Go elsewhere if you truly love your pet. I wouldn't bring a rat I liked here.
