I just them today and they said they are booking new patients for November of 2024! Over one year wait!? Are you serious? Which place has over a one year wait to schedule an appointment? This is so ridiculous. Obviously looking for another place.

This office extremely unprofessional. The receptionist who answers the phone, is not kind of helpful. They do not refill prescriptions or talk to the doctor to make things urgent after multiple phone calls of needing prescription refilled. Extremely disappointed is an understatement and we will be finding a new doctors office…….

I wished I can say anything nice about this place. However, I cannot. When we first called to schedule, they didn’t have any availability until one year later. And when the time finally approached, they called to cancel/reschedule for much later time. My husband and I have appointments at different days and they called to cancel my husband’s appointment first, and then a month later, mine. After waiting for more than half a year. In addition, when the person called, she said [I cannot pronounce your first name, so I will just call your last name] I am not sure what is the purpose of stating this. Maybe if I have a American first name, they will not cancel our appointment?

On 5/18 I visited Winchester Family Physicians and the front end attendants are simply amazing! I was dreading going in because I know if anyone is taking a hit during these Covid times it’s everyone in the medical field. I’m sure they hear/field complaints all day long, but I was greeted with nothing but caring, and happy to help employees :)Thank you ladies ! ♥️

No problem getting an appointment. I have had 5 cancellations for a physical since July 2021. They just cancelled again.

I finally switched my pcp after not having a physical for several years. Everyone there was very nice and I was seen very quickly by Dr. Samaha. She was kind and attentive and for the first time ever I was comfortable talking to my PCP.I highly recommend Winchester Family Physicians to anyone looking for a new pcp.

I had called a few places today and a lot of them weren't accepting new patient, my insurance, and had horrible attitudes. When i called Winchester family physician. Marianne was the absolute best. Her positive and cheery attitude put me in a good mood and gave me hope.I needed to get a pcp and she instantly new that they just started taking my insurance. When she started listing off, I knew i could trust her and told her to pick who i should see. She explained why one specific Doctor and i agreed. She did warn me the in person appointment could be a while. But she found me a slot not to far from now. And was able to set up a facetime call for me the next day. Thank you Marianne you made this process so easy and a pleasure.

Dr. Miner and the staff are the best the Healthcare Industry has to offer. From the receptionists to the nurses and Doctors each person makes you feel listened to, valued and appreciated. I recommend this practice to anybody seeking first class Healthcare for themselves or their family.

I don't enjoy leaving a bad review but my service was unprecedented. It took weeks to get an appointment. I went in to get tested for Diabetes. The doctor ended up not running any test, she told me I didn't "look like someone that would have diabetes" and proceed to say I'd need to go somewhere else for blood work yet didn't refer me to anyone or give me an address of where to go. No help is better than that.

Front desk employees are awesome - very friendly. Dr. Rock is without a doubt the best out there! I have been with her for almost a year now and she has helped me with things my other doctors couldn’t for 24+ years. Will never go anywhere else.

We wew new to the area and picked this place as our family care solely by convenience. However, our experience with this practice had been great so far and every time we are impressed by the short wait time --- less than 1 hour in and out for sickness visit and well check. The physicians are professional and the staffs are friendly. We are very happy with our choice!

Joined as a new patient. Had a 4:40pm appointment on a Tuesday. I only saw maybe one or two other patients when I was there so I can't speak to wait times others are talking about, but the staff was all quick and friendly. No complaints whatsoever.

I have been going here for years. I have experienced most of what the reviewers here have posted at some point (both good and bad). I wanted to post a more recent review as I went for a last minute visit yesterday. The woman that helped me on the phone was very nice and polite. She had the same manner when I got there. Literally everyone I interacted with was great. So on that particular visit, no issues at all. It seems that they may have read some of these complaints and tried to address them. Not sure, but it seems much better now. I'll change this to 5 stars if they keep it up or revise the post later if it gets worse.
