I'm giving two stars for the two workers who are actually very polite and kind. And taking away 3 stars for the one who is rude, disrespectful, and clearly unhappy with his job. I have never felt so disrespected for using my local post office, just because I had a big batch of already labeled boxes I needed to ship. He doesn't smile, and makes you feel bad for giving business to USPS. And yes, I already submitted a survey to the postal service.

I am surprised people would give Winchester post office anything but a high rating. I have mailed all sorts of packages and purchased supplies and find the staff to be uniformly professional, friendly and efficient. Have used them for 20 years now.

The Winchester mail delivery system is inaccurate and when mistakes are made the postal personnel are not helpful in rectifying the situation. The postal workers in this branch are not consumer friendly and do not want to be bothered by problems.

Not the fastest place to get USPS stuff done (there always seems to be a line), but it is the closest one. Staff in general is friendly, but I had a few rough interactions with staff at near or slightly pass closing hours, which is forgivable (usually they process my request anyways).
