Very disappointed and waste of money. First there was communication gap. I enquired the day before I scheduled an appointment. They gave me quote of $115 to $150 based on the service. I told them to schedule an appointment as I wanted complete detailing. Upon reaching there the next day they told me for large SUV is $230 as per the menu. I told I already travelled 20 mi to reach here and made necessary appointments to wait there and get it done. Once they told me it was done I was completely disappointed. I could still see dirt near the door jabs and they told me it is not removeable unless it is pressure washed. There was certain areas that they didn't even touch. I asked them to wipe down. They told this is the best service they can provide. Other dirt can be taken with clay wax which they recommended me to do with other providers.
So exterior is done by automated car wash and interior is wiped down manually. But few spots doesnt cover in exterior or interior. Also outer wheel is covered but the rim is not done. I came home and was able to remove thr dirt with water spray and microfiber cloth. They gave me a discount of $30 for the miscommunication. I feel that i wasted more than $150 for this pathetic service. Not worth the money. I could have used the self service vacuum and automatic car wash. Will not recommend detailing. Please beware before you schedule detailing service. They do not have the tools to do it properly.

I had to cancel the plan because every time I went to wash my car I had to show proof of payment from the bank and none of the employees fixed the problem. Absurdly, I felt bad every time I went to wash the car and the same thing happens to my brother, embarrassing.

My car which is a 2005 Lincoln has been sitting under a tree for quite awhile so it was covered with a ton of dirt, so I took advantage of the free Gold Carwash and it came out looking great. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and definitely would return again!

Best car wash around. Although not touchless (have a ceramic coat on my car and never see any swirls or scratches), it is GREAT. Super clean and well maintained. Employees are super friendly, knowledgeable, and get the line rolling when it is super busy. I have never spent more than 10 minutes waiting for a wash. Overall, my favorite car wash!

Took advantage of a free Gold Service wash, on the last day of the promotion ?. The result was a gleaming exterior, emphasizing the subtle glitter of the car’s 6-year-old finish.Rims and tires look great, too. The soapy prewash was applied very thoroughly by two attendants. The full wash was fun, with each of various treatments being a different vivid color. The drying was thorough. An added bonus: every wash includes tokens for free vacuuming (do it yourself.
I’ll surely take my wife’s car there, even if it’s not free :-)

I have tried other car wash businesses, but Shield car wash blew them away. And i am a perfectionist by nature so I was pleasantly surprised to notice the slight scratches on my suv were unnoticeable as if they disappeared. I highly recommend Shield car wash.

I got my free wash, I got home and my back of my car was still dirty. Workers were friendly though. My wiper in the back was hanging out.
