Pondview did an AMAZING job with all of our wedding flowers! They helped us decide and narrow down what we wanted and all the flowers looked very fresh and all set up in place when we arrive at the venue. They are so easy to work with. I will 100% use them again!!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I ordered the designer’s choice for same day delivery. It was delivered within a few hours and the arrangement was simply beautiful. I received status updates through the process so I knew when they had been delivered. I would absolutely rely on Pondview Florist again.

This florist is the best. Ordered flowers for a baby shower, not only were the arrangements gorgeous, but also very reasonable. She also decorated a bassinet, which was used for gifts. The flowers around the top of the bassinet were delicate and quite a few of the guest commented on how beautiful and unique it was.

I called Pond View yesterday at 4:45 p.m. (the shop closes at 5:00) asking if if here was any possibility to create and deliver a big basket of flowers to a funeral home by 9:00 a.m. today. It was an unreasonable request to be sure. But, not too much for Pond View!!! The owner herself made a spectacular arrangement and delivered it to Lanes funeral home in plenty of time!
When I saw the arrangement and thought about what I had paid, I was doubly impressed. The size and the quality of the flowers were great, and It would’ve been at least twice the price at the Boston florist (the one we all used to use).
I read an article in a business magazine many years ago that talked about the difference between good work and good service. Pond view provided both. I look forward to working with them again.

A relative received a bouquet that looked good on arrival but was completely wilted in 24 hours. The vase had sufficient water, but the stems were cut so short and/or the flowers were so old, that they didn’t last. No florist foam was used. What a disappointment and waste of money.

I asked for same day delivery on two occasions and this place did not let me down. Diane is super responsive, efficient, and kind. She's absolutely delightful to work with. John even started his shift an hour early to accommodate my delivery. When I called to follow up, John answered and I was fortunate enough to directly thank him. Super nice guy! I would give 10 stars if I could and I would absolutely recommend this flower shop to anyone that expects great service. Thank you Pondview!

I have been a longtime customer. I ordered a bouquet for my wife, to be delivered. They couldn't deliver yesterday. Today I had to remind them. When the bouquet arrived, even my wife said that for $70, it was small. 3 roses, 3 gierbas, and some fillers. Better to go somewhere else next time. The last two times I have been disappointed.

I ordered an arrangement to be delivered same day in sympathy of a death in a co-worker's family. I was unsure because I couldn't see any examples on the website (it just said "Designer's Choice) and I am in another state, but the reviews were good so I crossed my fingers. You can rest assured that Pondview Florist will not disappoint - the arrangement was delivered on time and was gorgeous!
