Literally without hesitation numerous personnel from landscape express stopped what they were doing and jumped in to help me. “A few years ago, I came to this Home Depot to find plumbing materials for my new bathroom vanity replacement. At that time, I met Kenny who worked in the Plumbing section; he went above and beyond with showing me what to buy, analyzing photos of my current setup on the spot, and instructing me on how to install. This past December 2023, I attempted to replace another bathroom vanity at my home and to much surprise and appreciation, I met Kenny once more at this Home Depot. “Amazing customer service! I purchased a tree Wednesday evening. This was my first time doing the Xmas tree by myself, as my husband has just had knee replacement surgery. Not only did Mike carry the tree and load it into my car himself- when I called a couple of days later because the tree was not taking water, Mike sent two guys over to my home with a new tree, and they exchanged the new tree with the old tree and set it up for me. And they brought me a gift of a gallon of chocolate chip ice cream! By far the best customer service experience we have ever had. We are customers for life!”

“Been seeing Gerard’s for a while now and decided to spend some time there this past Sunday. Lovely selection of annuals, perennials, shrubs, and succulents. Inside there are jams and pies with assorted indoor decor. The vibe is quiet and serene. I believe I met Gerard who was very helpful and checked in to see if I needed assistance while browsing. I personally enjoy being left alone until I need assistance or have questions. After finding several plants and jams. I asked Gerard for assistance. He kindly gathered the items for me and took them to my car. I also purchased a small apple pie which was delicious and had no mold or problems. I ate it all. Yum. As for pricing I was shocked at how affordable it was. I will be going back and enriching my garden with the wonderful selection Gerard offers. As for Gerard, he is very honest, quiet, and direct. All the qualities in a business owner I look for. If you desire a showboat this is not your place. The show is in the selection. Thank you ?”

“I am happy to be able to finally find parking at this location.In the past there were so many people coming in parking and then going to lunch or dinner or sometimes even parking to take the orange line into Boston. It was horrible. So Home Depot corrected the problem and posted that you will be towed. Again great job Home Depot and management at Somerville location.We, Pro contractors, are glad we can park more easily and load our trucks without over crowding in the lot like it was prior. If you complain about someone towing your car because you parked in a place that states "customer parking only" when you were not a customer, that is on you!!!. If you feel so entitled that you should be able to park anywhere you like regardless of the rules, then you are part of the problem.Do the rules not apply to you?If you park in Boston in a spot that says "No Parking" and you get towed are you mad at the city for enforcing the rules?Don't get mad at Home Depot for wanting to have ample parking for paying customers and towing the people that think its a free parking lot.KUDOS TO HOME DEPOT FOR ENFORCING POSTED SIGNAGETHANK YOU!!!!
