Once tried to exchange something or get merchandise credit for an overly priced bracelet - was very mishandled and didn't get money back, new bracelet, or merchandise credit. Owner didn't seem to care.

Not only am I a customer, but I also am there a lot helping out. A Sweet Surprize is exactly that. Everyday there is something new, something outrageous and something unlike you’ve never seen before. One customer called the store “whimsical”.

Heidi is awesome! She helped to create Easter baskets for my children. It is the perfect spot to visit if you need a present for a children’s birthday party or holiday gift. We are so lucky to have this fantastic shop in Winchester!
