“We found Cynthia on Instagram and fell in love with her work. We do not live in the Boston area and knew that all of our consultations with Cynthia would have to happen remotely. This understandably made us nervous, but Cynthia very quickly allayed our fears. Cynthia is an exceptional artist and professional. Throughout our entire process designing our engagement ring, Cynthia was attentive and answered all of our questions. We had two different videoconferences with her: the first to discuss the general design of the ring that we wanted, and the second to look at the diamonds she sourced for the ring. She sent us several photos and videos of our diamonds and the finished product. She also promptly responded to every email we sent. The ring was exactly what we wanted and fit perfectly. I would encourage anyone interested in purchasing a custom engagement ring to work with Cynthia and to not let physical distance be an impediment!
