Very high quality, high end work. They do everything on premises, which was important to me as I was getting some family heirlooms framed, and was concerned about things being damaged.

I brought in a painting from outside the country and was told they couldn't frame it because anything produced outside the US would not be "a perfect square". They were also unsure what centimeters were. Please don't go here.

Andrew always does the best work! His quality is second to none, I recently moved out of the state.... that will not stop me from getting all my frames done by him (its that much better quality). Sending some stuff his way this week and cannot wait to see the finished product!

Lost a painting of mine and refuses to look for it or return my calls. I've called several times and he plays dumb. I don't usually get angry about things, but this is blatant lack of customer service and being ignored.

Andrew prepared two frames for me: One was a repair and another was a print that was matted and framed. The quality of the work was outstanding. He really knows his stuff and I'll be back...in fact, I'm looking for things to frame because he did such a great job. A cool touch - they provide the hardware for you to hang it when it's ready for pick up...that's something I really appreciated. I'll tell anyone who will listen to get to Frame Haven. Top notch craftsmanship and customer service.
