I'm giving this shop a 2 based off the car buying and repair experience. Just beware. Diego had done a lot to meet me half way in my car buying (and repair) experience, which I do appreciate. He had lent me his loaner car to use while the car I had bought from him was in repair, among other small things he offered to do that I appreciated; so in terms of customer service, I was happy. However, this doesn't negate the fact that he sells terribly used cars that should just be junked, not sold off. The Nissan Murano I bought from him, I should have returned after it failed inspection within the 7 days of buying it. Diego and his team agreed to fix the repairs and made sure it passed inspection the second time rather than giving me my money back. Well, the car passed inspection, but not from a shop of our choice, and every shop that has gone under the hood since, wonders how it did. One of our main concerns from the start was the transmission since it's a Nissan with a CVT, and we just felt like the car was running differently from when we test drove it. The guys at my shop told me to return the car and that it wasn't worth it because of how much was wrong with it, and I should have listened. I gave Diego the benefit of the doubt numerous times; he sold me a jeep the first time around that he falsely advertised as a 4x4, but wasn't. We returned that for the Nissan Murano, and once again, gave him the benefit of the doubt after it failed inspection. The murano returned to Diego maybe 2-3 more times since buying it from him for repairs that he said he'd fix at no extra cost, which he did honor, but honestly what a pain to have to go back for multiple repairs after literally just buying the car (huge red flag). 6 months later, the transmission went and now I'm stuck with a junked car. I would avoid buying a car from him, because I don't think they're thoroughly inspected, I think its just a 150 point inspection so that it looks good on paper but, actually isn't. This applied to the jeep I bought too- before I returned it back to him, the check engine light came on. It's partially my fault for buying from a no name dealer, but I would just say if you plan on buying a used car here, have it looked at by your mechanic before finalizing your purchase, be smart and do your research, or just go elsewhere. I've racked up thousands in repairs since buying the car, and it's just not worth the headache.
