I was under the care of Nervana from the Winchester clinic when I had my leg injury. She was delightful to work with. She made every visit enjoyable and yet result-driven. She was very personable yet professional and pushed me to improve every time. I had a great experience and would strongly recommend Boston Physical Therapy & Wellness.

I really enjoyed my time with my PT, Nervana. She’s a kind and thoughtful practitioner who gently pushes you to try harder even when you’re being lazy and just don’t want to! She was understanding of my hectic and stressful schedule, and was able to work around my availability and provide me the guidance I needed to work through a significant lower back/sciatica flare up. I hope I do t have to return, but if I ever do I would not hesitate to go back here!

I have been here a few times and every experience is excellent! I recently worked with Nervana who was consistently helpful, patient, and proactive in managing the recovery of my hips and knees. She is outstanding and has made the process easier with her knowledgeable insight and enthusiasm. The practice and its employees have been a significant contributor to my recovery process and I have always appreciated the welcome and positive space.

I had been going for PT with Melanie when I saw a flyer on the bulletin board about Strength Training for people 65 an older. I love it!! I recruited my sister! And I have others who would like to go but there are no openings at this point. Melanie and Michael do a great job with everyone, it’s obvious they care about what they do (and they do it well). They cater to everyone’s strengths and weaknesses.Thank you for providing this unique opportunity for us seniors!Hopefully more classes will become available for others to benefit from this gem!

I have taken the strength training and balance class here for three years. I am much stronger and have fewer falls, as a result. Melanie, who runs the class, is patient, kind, understanding and encouraging. As a result of the class, household chores are easier, as is gardening, carrying groceries and suitcases when travelling. I am ever so grateful for her and Mike, who helps out on Saturday, This class is such a great service for us. They are the best!

Rob Schreiber at Boston PT was fantastic in working with my daughter after her ACL tear. His knowledge and approach in leading her through the recovery process was exceptional. To say Rob leaves nothing to chance is an understatement- he is incredibly thorough and we could not be happier about our daughters full recovery and ability to continue playing competitive sports. Danielle in the office was also a delight to work with when it came to scheduling appointments. Thank you Boston PT in Winchester for everything!

Nirvana Faheem helped me with my recovery from a hip replacement. She did an outstanding job and my recovery went smoothly thanks to her thoughtful exercise program. I highly recommend her!

In one week it will be four months since I had shoulder replacement surgery. Today, Michel in the Winchester office did the various measurements and I regained 100% flexibility with every measurement with the exception of one at 90%. Based upon the articles that I have read, and comments from my doctor, this progress is unheard of as it is usually a minimum of 6 months recovery and up to a year to recover fully. I attribute this progress to the excellent plan of care that Michael laid out. Michael had a strategy in place on day one, and we stuck to it. He kept diligent notes on my progress and had a plan in place for each session. It was obvious that he was passionate about what he does when he came into a Monday morning session and explained how he was thinking about different ideas over the weekend. By the way, it is not only Michael that has been outstanding. In a session where Melanie filled in, it was clear that she was also a pro when we did the various stretches at the end of the strength session. I have to mention Brad the intern. He is also passionate about his soon to be profession. But perhaps more important, he too has a genuine concern for the patients. I suppose that is what mentorship is all about. Thank you all for what you do!

I have been so impressed with Boston Physical Therapy and Wellness. After an ACL tear my surgical team *highly* recommended that I see Rob at the Winchester location. I completely understand why. The approach is very evidence-based. The team is professional and well-informed, attentive and encouraging. I truly feel that my long term outcomes will be better thanks to the exercises they’re leading me in. Rob strikes the perfect balance of keeping us on task and explaining the rationale behind everything we do while also checking in on my life and making me feel super heard. Kuddos to Danielle at the front desk who is extremely welcoming. I see people of all ages there, each treated with dignity and respect- following a program tailored to their needs. So impressed. I’ve told Rob and Danielle I’m going to have to come up with an excuse to keep coming once I’m discharged!

Rob Schreiber’s expertise and thoroughness in providing a customized rehab plan has given us so much confidence in our daughter’s recovery path and we have seen the results - not only physically, but in her positive mindset. Danielle Liberatore has also been a pleasure to work with and is amazing with managing all of the scheduling logistics and administration and always goes above and beyond to help you out. I can not say enough in terms of how happy and impressed we have been with Boston PT and Wellness in Winchester - highly recommend!

The best physiotherapy center I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to many of them for my sports and other injuries over the past 20 yrs .. They take such great care knowing you & understanding your problem .. Mike, Brad, Rob - are all amazing therapists .. I’ve rarely seen such scientific process that they’ve incorporated here - both for therapy & follow up .. Outstanding!

The entire staff at Boston PT & Wellness (Winchester) have been above and beyond. I am a longtime competitive athlete with some wonderful and some really poor experiences with PT in the past. I am so grateful to have been connected with Mike and his team. Not only do I feel supported physically, but also emotionally during this difficult road to recovery. They truly take a holistic approach to recovery and are supportive every step of the way. I am greeted with warmth and kindness by the entire staff each and every time I arrive (special shout-out to Danielle for her warm greetings and support at the front desk)! I cannot say enough positive things about this team.
