We like having our work done here. The staff is great and the service is excellent. We bought a Ford escape hybrid a couple years ago and it's fantastic so I came back and bought a Maverick hybrid for myself my first trip out was to New Hampshire from Boston I average 58.5 miles per gallon this truck is unbelievable

Excellent buying experience a year ago. Had a recent issue with a computer glitch that created a number of warning messages. Bonnell got me in quickly, diagnosed the issue and corrected it in a day. Staff is knowledgeable and professional while being warm and friendly. I've already recommended Bonnell and will continue to be their customer.

Last 3 Oil changes failed. 1st 2 they did not put all the lug nuts back on the tires. Last oil change they forgot to put the engine cap on and oil went everywhere. They did not clean engine bay or brakes. Did not wash the truck or care that much. Service department is a disaster.

I came in looking for a part not wanting to pay a crazy service fee and wait hours for a fix. This was not the case, Canaan, our service worker was not only friendly but also told me exactly what needed to be done and had us out the door in less than 15 mins. I am always so stressed when my car has issues but this was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I am extremely grateful and will definitely be returning!

I just want to give Bonnell Ford a shout out for their consistently excellent work. My family has purchased ford trucks from here for years and I am the latest generation. I have brought my F-150 in to Bonnell twice now, and they are always so easy to work with and such professionals. The quality of the work they do is top notch. There’s no reason for me to ever go to another Ford dealer.
