So the delivery lady after many requests leaves out mailbox open every day including rain day. Often our mail is soaked. This must be personal attack because I just pictured 3 boxes on my street and observed many more all closed.

Left a paper in my mailbox, saying I needed to sign for a piece of mail. So I went to post office to retrieve it. And they either lost it or sent it back, before the date given on the slip. Now I have to take time out of my workday tommrow, because the winchendon post office is incompetent of doing its job.

This is the most aggressive and hard to work with post office I've ever had to deal with. The constant issues I have to deal with from receiving neighbors mail, stuff being overstuffed into my mailbox, packages not delivered with "unable to deliver do to extreme weather event or natural disaster" to "driveway blocked" whenever the weather isn't sunny. I'm okay with things being late and I have been open to communication, butwhenever I have to call the post office location itself I'm either greeted with the sound of a phone slamming, the phone being taken off the hook, someone cutting me off mid sentence before I can finish what I'm saying just for them to hang up and prevent me from getting any kind of solution. I've worked with some AMAZING Postal Workers in my day, fantastic locations with some of the hardest working people I have ever met and it upsets me since now there are talks about having the USPS being disbanded and it's going to be actions from locations like this that get used as a shining example of why they should be.I seriously don't want that to happen to the USPS but the amount of petty drama and chaos that comes so often from this location is getting out of control. *Please rethink and know customers at the end of the day need you and appreciate you even if they don't know how to say it. Don't give Dejoy and the people who plan on eliminating the USPS the ammunition they need to bring about the end of something we all need.

The Post master came through when i need to order a VERY Large order of stamps. The team there has always helped me when needed. I do ALOT of mailing and it seems to to always go smoothly.

Never have the same delivery driver two days in row, which leads to serious mix ups and mistakes.Way too frequently we get packages late or not at all. Management needs to be looked into at this branch, because the general staff just don't care!

It’s sad to see all these negative post. I have never received any bad experiences with my mail lady. She is supper nice and if I have any large packages she brings them to my front door.

I'm so aggravated and disappointed with this post office here in Winchendon. There are days in a row when we receive no mail and other days the mailbox is jam packed with letters. Look at all the reviews on Google regarding this post office. It's terribly run!!

Packages literally get thrown on my porch if im lucky enough for them to even make it to my house instead of someone else's. Constantly receiving other peoples mail. They won't ring the doorbell or knock for packages that require a signature, they just leave a note instead so I have to go pick them up. I would give 0 stars if possible.

i bought a few things off of amazon.com yet yes some where delivered but when it comes down to getting food delivered its still stuck in NJ, i ordered food on july 2 now here it is the 18th and i still have not gotten the lost packages. thanks alot for nothing.

Something needs to be done about this place. They have no problem giving me other people's mail, either a complete different address all together or a past tennant of my unit. But continuously fail to deliver our mail to the correct place.
