Bought my motor from them years ago. Since then they have done the annual servicing and storage of my boat as well as servicing my smaller motors. Great people to do business with, fair prices and great communication. Their service is well worth the 1hr trip for me!

As a relatively new boat owner, I went into Tri City Marine and explained that I had a fair of water in my fuel tank and my boat wouldn't start. They walked me through step by step on how to resolve my problem. After I went through everything, I was still having a problem w/ the motor not staying running. Again, the Tri City crew signed me out a loaner "mobile tank" to take back to my place to use in the "process of elimination" to see if my motor would stay running. Sure enough, their knowledge, thoughtfulness and generosity made the world of difference. My problem was solved and now the boat runs great.... just in time for the 4th of July week. I would highly recommend their knowledge and "people person" skills if you have any boat related questions or service needs. I am grateful for all their help.

Chris and Keith and all the guys that work at Tri City are awesome!! They took care of us like family!!! We drove 4 hours to pick up our pontoon boat and they made sure everything was safe and secure before we left, they really went the extra mile and I was delighted to do business with them!! Thank you Tri City, we couldn't be happier with our boat!!
