“This pharmacy wasn't that great a few years ago, as the techs there always seemed mad if you took up too much time and were generally snarky and unwilling to help problem-solve.
THAT IS NOT THE WAY THE CURRENT CREW IS AT ALL
I literally cried tears of joy and gratefulness after an experience I had at this pharmacy last week. My family and I suddenly lost insurance, without warning, a month ago. If I knew it was coming, I would have stocked up on any prescriptions I could before. But here I am paying out-of-pocket for my meds (one being over $140 every two weeks!). I had a few coupon sites recommended to me to take off some of the costs. When we presented the coupon codes the woman behind the desk saw the new price and said "I think I can do better than that", and entered a different code to lower the cost. Than another employee walking by recommended a coupon code that THEY found works great, and she entered it. Apparently the staff keep track of different discount services for different meds to give the customer the lowest price. I was so beyond grateful and couldn't believe the group effort involved! They got my cost to be about 1/3 of the original price!!
I hope this group stays together for a while and anyone in town in a similar situation without insurance should go to CVS for help.”
“The best possible pharmacy experience! Was guided with what prescriptions to get filled elsewhere due to cost for me. Communication is superior and I never worry about getting the wrong medication or hearing that my prescription can't get filled for a week because they don't have it and won't look for it ( was an incredibly common medication for high blood pressure). While the staff in the giant pharmacies may try to treat you like a person their corporate structure is stacked against them.”

“Of all the pharmacies I've ever been to I have to say between prices, staff friendliness and general knowledge.. this is the best one in the area, and the best one I've ever used on a regular basis. They do get quite busy and they keep different sets of hours than the store itself, but despite this, I have never had better service. All the staff members worked with great effort to help me get medications and correct minor errors between the hospital, doctors, hospital pharmacy and my physical therapist all on their own, without being asked and even contacted my insurance company on my behalf to set everything straight when it all got a little too complicated! If the service isn't enough, then the prices would make anyone switch. Most medications, even without insurance are reasonably priced . if you DO have insurance some basic anti-biotics and contraceptives are VERY affordable ($4!!!) .”
“I met with Dr. Smith for my 3 year old daughter for the first time (I just transferred from Monadnock Pediatrics). I got a call in the morning on my way to her doctors appointment that they had to cancel due to her new primary care doctor having an emergency and could not see her. I asked if there was absolutely anyway that I could be squeezed in for my normal time due to what my daughter was being seen for. They were able to see us even with a different provider. Dr. Smith was so nurturing, caring, informative, and willing to do anything to help my daughter. He is by far the best doctor I have ever had experience with. I am so happy that I changed from Pediatrics to this practice. I feel so heard, and feel that my daughter actually meant something to her doctor. I cannot say enough good things so far about this practice and about Dr. Smith.”

“Good customer service here. This CVS is a very good pharmacy store, but it also is a store that sells an assortment of household items and various groceries. This CVS on Main Street in Gardner MA is open twenty four hours a day, which is quite convenient. The pharmacy team is always busy working hard, to make sure each prescription is filled correctly and if you have a question about your prescription or need help locating an over the counter medicine they will assist you with that. This CVS pharmacy also has a convenient drive- thru, so that can be extremely helpful.”
