I was told, via Facebook Messenger, on a Friday that the vehicle would be there and I could come check it out on Monday. The owner, Fernando, told me this himself. He said they open at 10am and Monday would be good. I get there just after 11am and Fernando and the vehicle ate no where to he found. I was told they have no idea when he will be in either. I wasted my time and my ride's time going down to test drive nothing, because the owner did not keep his word. I will not be taking my business here again. They lost me as a customer before I ever was one. Maybe they had a bad day, but it didn't seem like that was the issue. Sorry to leave a bad review, but this was my experience with FMJ Auto Services. Not professional at all.

BEST DEALERSHIP! I desperately needed a car and was provided all the help I needed. This was my first car and they were very honest and upfront with every single detail. They were more interested in providing value to me rather than just trying to take money from my wallet. These Guys are the best! Extremely happy!

This is one of the best Auto Services I have comd across.
Fernando is down to earth and is very keen on customer satisfaction. He puts in a lot of effort to ensure he sells good cars to customers.
He has good knowledge on vehicle registration and good insurance packages. There's the option of financing when you visit this garage.
I had a great experience here and I recommend FMJ Auto Services to y'all.

Amazing deal, there lots of selection with used and new vehicles, I would recommend them with anyone, hustle free with the purchase of this vehicle, i didn’t have to go to RMV, they took care that for me, made the deal on Friday, by Monday I had my new registered vehicle, 5 star at the guys in winchendon @ FMJ Auto Services.

Will definitely recommend again! Just bought a 2016 4Runner and had an amazing experience! Everyone in the the office was so nice and helpful! My car was inspected and registered all together! Didn't have to go anything but drive home!!

Aweful experience! Purchased a vehicle and paid a convenience fee so they would register the car and get the plates for the vehicle. For 9 days they kept telling me they were waiting for the RMV for the plates. Everyday they said tomorrow it will be ready. Finally, 9 days later I told them nothing they were saying made any sense. He gave me an attitude but said they would put the dealer plates on the car so I could have it til my plates were ready. Then when I got to the dealership their mechanic came out with a part in his hand saying the car was not ready and they need something from the Chevy dealership. Total waste of time. They were nothing but rude and annoyed when I would call for updates. Lied to me everyday about the RMV. I called the RMV and they had nothing on file about that car so they never applied for the registration and plates. I asked for a refund and will NEver go there again.

Fernando and his team were great and fair, and I drove away with a new-to-me car that I felt good about for price and value—which says a lot in days like these, when every car seems overpriced! He worked with me to find a deal we were both happy with, and he was genial and great on paperwork, taking care of a few extra things he didn’t need to. Glad to support a small, local business run by a family man and his team.
