As a female car shopping, I went in assuming it would be a challenging experience. It was the opposite! “If I could give EZ auto 10 stars I would. I habe 3 cars and all 3 have needed to be looked at over the last 6 weeks or so. We first went to EZ auto for breaks on my son's car. Pricing was more than fair, job was done well and fast. Then I thought I needed breaks in my car, turns out I didn't. Rather than just doing the work and charging me, cause I wouldn't have known any better (not a car person) Ed asked me to bring it in, he looked it over checks all my breaks and told me I didn't need to have them done they had plenty of life left on them. Then my husband's car had an odd noise everytime he turned on the fan. Turns out there was a mouse in there. EZ auto removed the mouse and no more noise. The charge for this and looking at my breaks was less than a 100 total for both. More than fair in my opinion. Now that I rfound EZ auto I won't be going anywhere else for my auto repairs. Unless Ed gets tired of seeing me! Thanks to the team at EZ auto for all your help!”
