Awful customer service. I understand every station has its own policy for inspection stickers but this owner, in a very rude way, told me that they didn't accept cash. No signs posted and in the Google pictures says No checks accepted. It didn't say anything about cash.Bring cash if you don't want to be yelled!

Service is done throughly and pricing is very reasonable. I definitely recommend for any trouble you have regarding Engine or transmission problems.

I went to get the MA state emission inspection done today at this gas station for the first time. It was a horrible experience. I would not even give one star. The person who interacted with me was very rude and after the inspection started yelling about car getting locked. I asked to speak nicely to customer but he became even more rude and started yelling in a very high and loud voice. I told him that you should not treat your customers like that.I will never go and or recommend to go this place.

Went for an inspection, one of the employees gave me instructions to park next to a car, but I was confused, cause my car was already there. However, I moved my car to the spot I thought it was, the owner was aggressively upset, signaling me from inside to move the car to, I don't know where, extremely rude and nasty. It's not the first time the owner behaves this way, lesson learned, I would never ever put a foot in that place again. BTW I went to Woburn Gas and Services. Fast, nice, and welcoming.

So seeing some bad review(s) and figured I'd share. The owner Sammy (Good guy) gets you in and out for stickers & whatever else you need. If you park your car at the pumps...they are assuming you need gas. Common sense. If you park your car NOT in a spot for inspection...your holding up business and people have to go around you etc. I've seen this first hand!!

Brought my EV in for an inspection. Owner berated me and swore the entire time about hating EVs and how I shouldn't bring my car there, even though they are legally required to inspect any car. Other workers tried to calm him down and gave me a look of sympathy. I had been coming t here for multiple years for both my wife's and my car. They lost a loyal customer.Rudest and most aggressive person I've ever met. Hope you get reported.

Just arrived to get a state inspection sticker. The sign on the building clearly states they close at 6 PM. It’s a Monday I ask if there is time for an inspection. I ask if there is time for an inspection and I’m told they close at five. I said your sign says you close at six. The attendant again says no they close at five so I walk him over to show him the sign and pointed out. It says 6 PM. He says it’s 5 o’clock it’s just invisible. No sir, you’re just lazy. I’m going elsewhere for my inspection.

Stopped in for an inspection. The Guy barely looked at me, told me to park and leave keys in it. Saying it all with an attitude like I was bothering him. ( No other customers were there) no personality, no respect. No wonder there wasn't any customers.

Gave this guy business before, called to get an estimate ( I know the problem had GMC run the diagnostics ) and proceeds to scream and say he’s not giving any prices until they do it themselves. Must have caught him on a bad day. Needless to say he lost my business that day. Won’t even stop there for gas. Angry little guy

My skid plate had not been reattached properly following an oil change eat an entirely different place early in the day. While driving on the highway it came loose. I had no idea what was going on finally made to Z&S. I was reassured that they would find the problem and they would have me on the road again very soon. Car up on lift. I was brought over to look at it was explained it would be an easy repair and it happens more than I know. About 30 minutes later I was on the road again. Reassured there were no more problems with my car. Thank you very much!

Not only is the owner rude beyond belief to customers and his own staff, he knows how to scam customers whenever he gets a chance. I should’ve listened to everyone who told me this place was bad news.
