I wish I had checked the reviews before going here for a state inspection sticker. The staff were rude, short, and dismissive. They demanded cash. I had an issue with my inspection, tried to ask questions to understand it better, but was yelled at and rushed out of there. After I got the proper repairs and bought the new wipers, they charged me to help me replace them. I certainly won’t return.

Don’t go there. Again don’t go there. No need to deal with that person for a minute in your life. Went in for inspection and the attitude and the service are horrible.

This is the worst vehicle inspection place I’ve ever been to. I really don’t understand how a shop with such poor service hasn’t gone out of business yet.
The inspection staff were extremely rude, immediately speaking to me in a condescending tone, asking if I could even understand what they were saying. There was no respect, and their attitude was incredibly impatient. Throughout the process, they kept touching my car’s interior with filthy hands, leaving black oil stains everywhere that couldn’t be wiped off. When it came time to pay, the owner’s attitude was just as bad.
Please avoid using this shop for any services; a place like this doesn’t deserve to stay in business.

Charged me 105$ for an oil change & to look @ a tire w/ a slow leak, couldn’t find the leak, didn’t fix it. Tech called me to try to sell me an engine + cabin air filter for 135$. That’s 30$ worth of filters & 10 mins of work at most. I didn’t ask him to look @ my filters. He didn’t screw the engine air filter box closed & lost 2 of the 4 screws. Owner was rude - never going back.

Horribly rude inspection tech. Refused to inspect my car saying that it was “too loud” even though the place I took it to right after passed it and said it was totally fine.
If you are considering going to this place take your car a little further down the road to Meineke Car Care Center. They are much more knowledgeable and friendly.
I’ll never come back here again.

Awful customer service. I understand every station has its own policy for inspection stickers but this owner, in a very rude way, told me that they didn't accept cash. No signs posted and in the Google pictures says No checks accepted. It didn't say anything about cash.Bring cash if you don't want to be yelled!

Service is done throughly and pricing is very reasonable. I definitely recommend for any trouble you have regarding Engine or transmission problems.

I went to get the MA state emission inspection done today at this gas station for the first time. It was a horrible experience. I would not even give one star. The person who interacted with me was very rude and after the inspection started yelling about car getting locked. I asked to speak nicely to customer but he became even more rude and started yelling in a very high and loud voice. I told him that you should not treat your customers like that.I will never go and or recommend to go this place.

Went for an inspection, one of the employees gave me instructions to park next to a car, but I was confused, cause my car was already there. However, I moved my car to the spot I thought it was, the owner was aggressively upset, signaling me from inside to move the car to, I don't know where, extremely rude and nasty. It's not the first time the owner behaves this way, lesson learned, I would never ever put a foot in that place again. BTW I went to Woburn Gas and Services. Fast, nice, and welcoming.

So seeing some bad review(s) and figured I'd share. The owner Sammy (Good guy) gets you in and out for stickers & whatever else you need. If you park your car at the pumps...they are assuming you need gas. Common sense. If you park your car NOT in a spot for inspection...your holding up business and people have to go around you etc. I've seen this first hand!!

Brought my EV in for an inspection. Owner berated me and swore the entire time about hating EVs and how I shouldn't bring my car there, even though they are legally required to inspect any car. Other workers tried to calm him down and gave me a look of sympathy. I had been coming t here for multiple years for both my wife's and my car. They lost a loyal customer.Rudest and most aggressive person I've ever met. Hope you get reported.
