Interior appeared thoroughly cleaned. Windows appeared cleaned both inside and outside. The exterior appeared cleaned except for pitch on rear passenger side above tire well. A section of roof at rear of car did not appear to have the same clean/shiny look as other parts of vehicle. Otherwise the CX-5 looks good.

I wanted to give a shout out to Bill, Andrew and the team over at Wow Factor. I had some stains on the body of my car that weren't coming out via traditional methods. I gave Wow a call and Bill clearly explained the wet sand and paint correction process and offered a reasonable price. Most importantly their work was excellent and my car looks better than ever. These guys are pros. I will use Wow for all future detailing needs.

WOW FACTOR did an outstanding job on my Honda Pilot. Every detail was addressed and I had no issue with any of the items which I pointed out. I felt as if I was driving branders around town. The owner, Mr. Cavanaugh, was a pleasure to speak with. He was personable, accommodating and pleasant. Thank you very much for delivering a great product without any disappointment or issues whatsoever. I’ll be back much sooner!

Wow Factor Auto did an amazing job with first putting a ceramic coat on my truck and then detailing the inside. I would highly recommend them for these types of services- you won't be disappointed. Easy to schedule, very professional, work was completed on time and looks amazing!!

Just had my Jeep detailed by Wow Factor. The inside was a mess with dog hair, dirt and spills. They did an amazing job of making the interior look amazing for a 10 year old vehicle. The exterior wash and wax also looks amazing.

My SUV has been “the dog car” for years and I finally decided to get it thoroughly cleaned before our first baby is born - these guys did an AMAZING job and were so friendly! They even offered to drop my car off at my house when it was done since I live close by. 10/10 recommend.
